LIVING AREA
As soon as you step into the condo, you'll be greeted by the open-concept living space with sleek lines and high-end finishes. The living room opens up to a private balcony with partial views of the mountains and ocean, making it the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for creating delicious meals and memories during your stay. It features all the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher, and ample counter space for food preparation. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, utensils, and small appliances, such as a coffee maker and toaster, so you can easily make a meal or a cup of coffee.

BEDROOMS
The two bedrooms have comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and a smart TV. Each bedroom has its own ceiling-to-floor windows with access to the private balcony so you can wake up to the stunning scenery every morning. Each has an ensuite bathroom that is fully equipped and modern, perfect for freshening up after a day of exploring the city.

COMMON AREAS
AVIDA is a new residential building with top-notch amenities, such as a semi-Olympic rooftop pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, hammock area, a multipurpose room, a 2-story gym, a communal workspace, and a reading room. The building has 2 elevators for convenient access to the rooftop.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:
- An open rooftop from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- A rooftop bar - open from Thursday to Monday, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., weather permitting.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 3 pm for maintenance reasons.

Neighborhood
The Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only three blocks south of the property.

The beach is also a short walk, just more than 3 blocks west of the property. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.

Getting around
You don't need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This property is within walking distance of everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

NOTE: Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old.

Up to two visitors are allowed. They must provide ID at the entrance and leave by 10 PM. Visitors will have access to the condominium and pool, but not to the gym or other common areas.

Any violation of the house rules, might attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Please note that the pool is closed on Wednesdays from 7 am to 3 pm for maintenance.
