The real highlight of this vacation rental is the backyard oasis. The backyard features a new three-hole putting green, disc golf baskets, cornhole and many other family friendly games!! Reminisce while swinging on the bench. Enjoy the heated pool for ultimate relaxation. Delight in the new patio with a pergola, adirondeck seating, and coffee loungers. Listen to the gentle rustle of the bamboo and palms while reading a book on the hammock, or take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk bordering the shell-covered yard. Bask in the sunlight during the day and savor the evenings under charming string lights illuminating the outdoor space. Your family will adore the multitude of offerings this home presents.

Less than 10 miles to the nearest beach! Conveniently located with access to local grocery stores, brewery, straight down Manatee Avenue to Anna Maria Island and near interstate 75 for quick access to Siesta Key, Lido Key and the airport.

Option to heat pool ($120). Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right? The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters. Plenty of place settings plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, air fryer, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $30.

Dining: Kitchen Counter with 4 stools. Dining room table that seats 8, with the option to seat an additional 2.

Outdoor Seating: Outdoor dining that seats 6. 4 Chaise loungers, two rocking loungers and four adirondack chairs, two hammocks, park bench and bench swing.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pool heater is $120/wk.
