5 Minutes to Scottsdale Quarter & Kierland! 1 Acre lot! Bring only your clothes, clubs, but we have everything else for you. As you enter you will be charmed by the brick sidewalk and colorful flowering plants. We're a 4bed/2 ba home. Completely stocked with all appliances, dinnerware, utensils, BBQ, Griddle. A workspace desk, 2 car garage & RV Gate are a few extras.

The space
The Kitchen is large with high end appliances and is stocked with all cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc. The counter area has 3 barstools so you can eat in the kitchen while playing or working on your computer. The kitchen opens up to the family room area that has a large tv, and french doors leading to the backyard. The Dining Room & Living Room are real sweet & cozy so you have options depending on your mood. The primary bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet, and bathroom with access to a small patio. There are 2 Queen guest rooms that are comfy and good size. One of them has a desk with shelving which is perfect for working quietly. There's also 1 more guest room that has 2 twin beds. The home has a 2 car garage, and an RV gate.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home, yard, and 2 car garage. The only part that is not accessible is our storage sheds.
