This stunning 3 story house has enough room for everyone in the family! 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. The master bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen TV, and its own private balcony with seating for 2. The master bathroom has a double vanity and a large walk-in shower with a seat. The second bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, and also has its own private balcony with seating for 2. This bedroom has a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower as well. The third bedroom is large and has 2 twin over full bunk beds with trundles under each of them that is perfect for the kids. It also has a flatscreen TV. The third bathroom features a shower and tub combination.

The kitchen has everything you could need to make a meal or just snacks. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A breakfast bar with 4 stools so the chef won't miss a thing. It is open to the dining room that has a large table with seating for 6-8 people. The living room has a sectional with a chaise, a large flatscreen TV, and a fireplace for those rare chilly nights.

Walk outside to the fully fenced backyard with its own private pool, which can be heated if requested, for only $50 a day! Please request when you book so that we can add this to your reservation. You will enjoy spending your evenings out here with all the seating and even a gas grill.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that offers completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 years old and stay the entire stay, however, if any guests (other than the reservation holder) are under the age of 25 years old, we will require an additional deposit and photo ID.

Should have known better
Upon arrival, we found the house not to be the cleanest with mildew in the shower and stains on the sheets. In addition, the trim plate for the pool light was broken and my son-in-law cut his foot on it at the bottom of the pool. There was wasp nests on the patios so we couldn't use them and also the golf game shown in the picture did not work to top it all off we got charged $150 for stained sheets that apparently they don't wash or else the stains would come out and a busted lamp which everyone in my group swears they did not break and as I did the final walk-through did not find it broken as well . I guess this is what we should expect from a place that makes you bring your own toilet paper and trash bags and cleaning supplies. Also, the house has absolutely no cooking accessories that she would normally find in a rental home like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, etc. etc. will definitely think twice when booking another Rental

Not was expected
Starting with code didn’t work when we arrived, the pool wasn’t heated and was requested and pretty small and looked dirty from the walls, propane gas was empty and to end with comforter in the master bed was dirty looked like blood and poop
