Within a three-mile drive, you will find numerous activities, restaurants, and shops. The kids will love the ziplines at Monkey Business Adventure Park, miniature golf at Funland, and the arcade at Deep Creek Fun Zone. Wisp Resort also offers four seasons of fun! They have two golf courses, ziplines, skiing, snow tubing, a mountain coaster, and more. Deep Creek Lake State Park is within a four-and-a-half-mile drive and a must for your itinerary. A sandy beach for swimming, kayak and paddleboard rentals, picnic areas, and playgrounds are just a few highlights. You can also boat over and dock at the Discovery Center!

When it comes to outdoor living, this home simply doesn't miss! Delight yourself with beautiful seasonal lake views, fresh mountain air, and a covered string-lit deck that wraps around two sides of the home, providing endless space to enjoy the outdoors. The bubbling outdoor hot tub soothes tired muscles and leaves you feeling totally relaxed after a day of skiing, hiking, or biking. Wind down with s'mores around the firepit. If you are traveling during the summer months, you will be happy to know there is a private dock within a short walk. Bring your boat along (launch at the state park), or rent a boat for the day from one of the local marinas located within a few minutes of the home. You can cruise the lake's miles of shoreline and stop in a quiet cove for an afternoon of swimming. There are several "dock and dine" restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat too.

For rainy-day activities at home, the kids can hang together in the rec area of the bunk room which is complete with a game system, magnetic darts, bean bags, a TV, a workspace, and plenty of board games. When mealtime comes around, the fully-appointed kitchen is ready to help you prepare the most delicious homemade meals and treats for the family! Put on the chef's apron and show off your cooking skills - your beloved guests will be delighted! Step it up a notch by using the gas grill available. Then, once mealtime is over, gather around the gas fireplace in the living room and stream a favorite movie or series on the smart TV with streaming and cable, or pull out any of the provided board games for an entertaining evening.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Dock is within a 10 minute walk. Instructions with a color coded map are in blue binder. One dock slip is available per guest during stay.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
