Visit Zion in our modern, two bedroom upstairs suite! Sip coffee to the Zion mountains and sunrise on our spacious deck, kick back on our velvet sofa with our 65-inch 4K TV, or snuggle up with our plush comforters and pillows in our cozy, cool bedrooms. We’d be delighted to host you!

—Neighborhood—
We are located in Toquerville, tucked into a lovely and friendly residential neighborhood with stunning views of Southern Utah red rock landscapes and the Zion National Park mountains. A perfect home-base for Southern Utah outdoor adventures, we are located 20 minutes from the entrance of Zion National Park, 20 minutes from St George, 10 minutes from Sand Hollow, 1 hour from Kanab, 1.5 hours from Cedar Breaks and Brian Head, 2 hours from the Grand Canyon, 2 hours from Bryce Canyon, and 3 hours from Lake Powell. 5 minute drive to the closet grocery and gas station, and 10 minute drive to restaurants, food, shopping, and more grocery options.

We have a fully stocked kitchen including:
•Drip coffee maker with coffee grounds, tea, sweeteners, and creamers
•Double Door refrigerator
•Oven with gas stovetop
•Microwave
•Sink and disposal
•Dishwasher
•Any kind of cookware or dishware you will need!
We also have a high chair and eating essentials for children.

65-inch Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Video, and any other apps you’d like with high-speed WiFi with download speeds up to 300 mbps!

Bathroom has large, open concept tiled shower with large shower head, and double sink vanity. Plenty of fluffy and soft towels are available!

—Patios—
•Large, private and fenced wood patio with two large sectionals with cushions and pillows and two tables to enjoy the beautiful Southern Utah outdoors. Take in the phenomenal view of the Zion red rock mountains!
•Front porch with relaxing bench swing and access to the grassy front yard complete with desert plants and trees.

—Laundry—
Washer and dryer available at all times with all laundry necessities.

—Garage—
Single car garage with remote available for use.

—Additional—
This is the upstairs unit of our home, as it has been split into separate upstairs and downstairs units. We have 9:00pm - 7:00am quiet hours to ensure both units have the best stay, and have heavily insulated the floor in between the units for maximum sound proofing.

As this is our personal vacation home that we love and treasure, the quality and cleanliness of our home is absolute top priority, as we do all we can to ensure guests have the best and most relaxing stays in one of our favorite places to be.
