The space

The office includes a pull-out couch that turns into a full-size bed.
There is plenty of space in the living room and kitchen/dining area for family gatherings, but you can also extend onto the large deck and outdoor space. You will have full access to the backyard and garage. Please leave the extended driveway on the South side of the home open to the tenants in the basement.

Guest access
This listing includes the main level and upstairs portion of the home, as well as the garage and backyard! The basement is a separate apartment and IS NOT accessible. Please be considerate of the tenants in the basement. You may hear some noise from them, but quiet hours will be respected.

Other things to note
The basement apartment will be occupied and you may hear noise occasionally. Our quiet hours of 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM will be strongly enforced.
