Watch the boats, kayaks and paddle boarders go by. See dolphins and manatees too! The pool deck adjoins your patio so literally 5 steps to be in the pool! The condo faces west so you will see spectacular sunsets over the inter coastal waterway. It’s quiet here with plenty of space. The bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of storage including a walk in closet. A queen size blow up bed is available for guests to stay in the living room. Kayaks are available for your enjoyment. Treasure Island boasts many bars and restaurants all within walking distance. There is also a park across the street with a dog park and tennis and pickle ball courts!
Unit can be rented seasonally 3 month minimum Jan-March 30. Other months 28 day minimal rental begins the first of the month. No partial month rentals allowed ie mid April to mid May etc. Condo board does not allow dogs over 30 pounds. Sorry!
