Thanks for your interest in St. Augustine Coastal Condos and in visiting historic St. Augustine, Florida. We are Doug and Chrissy Burg and Gary and Julie Erwin, owners of Sunrise Paradise and Private Retreat under Oak Canopy condos. Julie and Chrissy are sisters and BFFs for life, and as life-long Michiganders, we understand the great importance of escaping from the cold weather and snow. Staying at a place that offers everything you need to rest peacefully and enjoy the tropics makes a trip to St. Augustine even better. Ever since we were kids and even after we had families, we have vacationed together in nearly every part of Florida and have come to greatly appreciate all that it has to offer. When we decided to invest in Florida real estate, we wanted a place that was historic, tropical, and offered a tremendous number of activities, events, cultural experiences, nightlife, and culinary delights for couples and families alike. Most importantly, once we found St. Augustine and made it our second home, we wanted to share all that this historic town has to offer with you, our guests. This means making sure that our condos offer the best in decor, style, and comfort and serve as your home away from home.
