Your backyard oasis awaits with refreshing heated pool (No cost to heat the pool)and plenty of space to bask in the sun and relax. Open floor plan for entertaining, and includes a work desk! Swimming pool is heated between the months of October until April at NO additional cost to the guests. Pool heater is set at 85 degrees. In the event that outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees.
Pets stay without additional fees.
