New Mountain Retreat A-Frame by Lake Lure With Hot Tub

Come relax at this quiet and unique A-Frame Cottage in the Mountains—a hiker's paradise! Featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a living room with an electric fireplace, and a brand new hot tub. It is located in the peaceful mountains of Western North Carolina and is just minutes away from hiking trails, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock Village, and Asheville. Indulge in a romantic adventure at this one-of-a-kind wilderness retreat. Immerse yourselves in nature and create unforgettable memories.

KITCHEN
We have a full kitchen stocked with the basics to get your stay going (Salt, Pepper, Oil, K Cups, Cook wear, Dishes, Silverware, Stove, Microwave, Fridge, and Sink).

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a small 18" TV, with a few DVDs provided for your indoor entertainment. The sofa doubles as a comfortable sleeper, making it ideal for accommodating a third guest/child (for an extra fee of $20 per night). There is also a small collection of reading materials and board games available for your enjoyment.

BEDROOM
The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a sound machine to help you drift off into a deep sleep. There is a small reading nook upstairs next to the bed.

OUTSIDE
Step outside to the new hot tub and patio with a table and chairs, where you can unwind after a day of exploring the mountains. Guests can also use the gas grill (guests are responsible for their own propane). An outdoor table and chairs are located near the hot tub and firepit, perfect for a cozy night under the stars (guests are asked to bring their own firewood).

PET POLICY
We allow 1 housebroken pet on the property, for a $125 fee. Please let us know if you intend on bringing a pet, or you will forfeit your security deposit without prior approval. Please keep pet on a leash at all times, as we rent another cottage on the same property. The pet is not allowed to use the bathroom inside the house.

GETTING AROUND
We are only:
-15 Minutes from Chimney Rock Village (Shopping, restaurants, hiking at Chimney Rock State Park)
-20 Minutes from Lake Lure (Shopping, swimming, hiking, and lots of bars/restaurants of all types)
-30 Minutes from Downtown Black Mountain
-45 Minutes from Asheville and the historic Biltmore Estate

PARKING
There is parking for 1-2 vehicles in the driveway in front of the cottage, it is marked "A-Frame" parking.

OTHER NOTES
We have a 3:00pm checkin/10:00am checkout, but if travel plans do not allow for that, we can try to accommodate, just let us know!
