The swinging egg chair on this balcony is a great spot to curl up with a good book, or simply a spot to retreat to enjoy the sunset free from mosquitos. There’s an open-air back deck located off of the living room and dining room, as well as a third-story balcony that overlooks the canal and offers tranquil vistas of wetlands, sky, and clouds. Anticipate world-class sunrises and sunsets!

The home is on stilts and requires climbing stairs for access. Stairs are to the left side of the 2-car carport. Please note; this home has stairs only, and no elevator. Not handicap accessible. A signed rental agreement is required. In the carport & game room area, you will find three beach cruiser bikes with helmets. Two kayaks with life vests ranging in size from medium to 3x are on a rack on the dock. A variety of board games are stored in the dining room sideboard. Enjoy these extra amenities!
