Laguna Point #6 Holiday Isle Free Activities

This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, three story condo overlooks Destin Harbor in Holiday Isle. There is a set of mini bunk beds in the queen bedroom. Access the beach from the private beach access, fish from the docks or hail a water taxi to the harbor for a day of adventure at great shops, restaurants and bars. Start your day with a cup of coffee on your private balcony and end the day with a cocktail while soaking up beautiful water views. Sleeps 6. 1 parking spot only, 1 small car could fit in the garage. Public Parking is available off of Moreno Point Rd. on the left-hand side before entering the Dolphin Point Condominium property.

Too many steep stairs

There were too many steep stairs for me to handle, there was no view from the patio, the walk to the beach was more than 5 minutesI would have liked to know ahead of time that the oven didn’t work.

It’s a quiet area, just good for our family of 4, the place is clean, nice there’s extra fridge in the garage with the washer and dryer, everything in the house are functioning well and close to everything. My husband loved to fish by the marina docking area.

Overall—good times!

The condo was clean, tastefully decorated, recently updated and had comfy beds. It was about a 10 minute walk to beach which was fine. Enjoyed the use of a garage to get vehicle out of sun, although very tight parking. We were not fond of all the stairs however it is to be expected with most condos on limited real estate.

This property was perfect for our family of 4! The kids loved the built in bunk beds! It was clean, more than enough towels, and it was truly a home away from home. The beach was just a few minutes away by foot. We also loved the fact that we had our own parking garage & the mom win was the washer & dryer :) I did all of our laundry throughout the week! If I ever make it back to Destin I’d definitely choose this place again.

Nice little 3 story condo.

The view isn’t great. But you can partially see the lagoon from the balconies. Otherwise vacation was great. Short walk to beach. Endless opportunities to fish in the area including the boat dock that belongs to the property if you have your own boat it would be perfect. Also the downstairs is a garage that came in handy with 2 vehicles.

Loved this house!

We loved the decor, beds were super comfy as well. It was so much fun fishing off the dock and the private beach was absolutely gorgeous! Only cons were no blinds in the guest bathroom that faces another building so we weren’t able to shower or potty in there due to the open view. Upstairs gets a little warm so a portable may be a great addition. Other than that, we lost a day and a half at the private beach because they forgot to leave our amenity card. Once I called, they were on it and service was excellent. I would rate this an 8/10 - thanks for the great memories!

We’ve got everything we need & have enjoyed staying in this property. It is clean & fully stacked with just about everything (towels, utensils, dinnerware). We loved the spacious bathrooms & nice interior. It’s just a short walk to private beach access. Safe & quiet neighborhood. Check in & out is hassle free! We highly recommend staying in this property.

Newly renovated and super clean

We loved the area and the property. It was very clean and you can fish from the shared space, launch your boat or call a water taxi. There were many boats anchored in front of the property and they partied all day Saturday. We had a blast!
