Päätti viettää aikaa Hilton Headissä? Kuten tuulen, lintujen ja etenkin valtameren äänet? Huvilamme voi olla juuri sitä mitä tarvitset!

Hilton Head Beach Villa -kompleksi, joka sijaitsee vain Hilton Headin kuuluisalla 13 mailin rannalla, koostuu vain 30 rivitalohuoneistoa. Ne sijaitsevat karkeassa U-muodossa uima-altaan, kiddy-altaan ja aurinkokannen ympärillä 6 hehtaarin puistoaluemaisemassa.

Idea perheen, monen perheen ja monen sukupolven ryhmille. Huviloissa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta (kaksi omaa kylpyhuonetta), iso olohuone / ruokailuhuone / keittiö ja hieman epätavallisesti toinen huone, joka voi toimia den lapsille, tarvittaessa neljäs makuuhuone (kokoonpanoa kutsumme Golfaajien pohjapiirrokseksi!) tai toimistona, jos sinulla ei todellakaan ole varaa olla irrotettua maailmasta. Huvilassa on nopea langallinen ja langaton internetyhteys (tuo tulostin, jos tarvitset sitä.) Pohjapiirros on jaettu kolmeen tasoon, ylä- ja alakerrassa päämakuuhuoneet, jotka antavat tilan tunteen jopa monen perheen ryhmissä.

Meidän Villa on pääyksikkö takana U poikkeuksellisen varjossa ja yksityisyyttä koko päivän. Takaisin rannan ääniin ... Tämä huvila on säilyttänyt alkuperäisen suunnittelun, jossa molemmissa merelle päin olevissa tasoissa on koko yksikön pituudella neljä liukuovea, jotka avautuvat parvekkeelle olohuoneen tasolta ja patio maasta taso. Kaikissa huoneissa on ilmapuhaltimet.

Tavallisilla merituulen ollessa kaikissa paitsi kuumimmissa päivissä sinun ei ehkä tarvitse katkaista itseäsi siitä ”rannalla” -ilmastosta ilmastoinnin avulla. Olemme kuitenkin asentaneet ylimitoitetun ilmastointilaitteen pitämään laitteen mukavana jopa kuumimpana päivänä.

Agenttimme, Hilton Headin loma-aika, sijaitsee kätevästi kadun toisella puolella Beach Villasista, josta kirjaudut sisään lomasi aikana, hankkit avaimet ja saat muuta hyödyllistä tietoa, kuten alennettua golfia saarella ja saarella. Lomanne sisältyy ilmainen tennis ja ilmainen Players Club Health Clubin käyttö. Tenniskentät ja Club ovat kävelyetäisyydellä.

Klubissa on kuntoiluvälineet ja sisäuima-allas. Suosittu Coligny Plaza, jossa on monia kauppoja, ruokakauppa, ravintoloita ja elokuvateatteri, ovat lyhyen ajomatkan tai pyörämatkan päässä. Perfect peaceful getaway

It was a perfect getaway for my family of 6. Place was clean and comfortable for a very relaxing family vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Pool and beach were very nice and close. Beach is beautiful. We would definitely come again for a relaxing trip.

2nd year stay

This is year 2 for us staying in the condo. We enjoy the location to the beach and to Coligny. The condo works for our dynamics of adults, teens, and a tiny.The condo has enough items for cooking and making drinks. There are a few beach chairs outside on the patio. The pool area is amazing with the zero entry for the tiny to play and enjoy it with everyone. We don't mind being tucked into the far corner of the complex but it is the longer walk to the beach access. Our recommendations for updates/changes would be to have a deep clean done and the bed in the downstairs bedroom needs a new mattress as soon as possible. If you are traveling with family or friends there are also other condos in this complex that are usually available so you can enjoy being close as well. We will be looking to book again for next year, especially if the mattrress is replaced.

Christmas in Hilton Head

This year, we decided to spend Christmas in Hilton Head, a place that has become our family’s go-to getaway for the past 8 years. Normally, we visit in the summer after the boys’ travel baseball season wraps up, but this time, with the season running a bit longer, the kids suggested we switch things up and head to Hilton Head for the holidays. It turned out to be the perfect choice! We had an amazing time, experiencing things we don’t usually get to see on our summer trips—like deer on the beach!This trip was exactly what we needed: quality family time spent unwinding on the beach and biking through Coligny Park and Sea Pines. The kids are already asking if we can go back next year, and I think we’ll definitely be making it an annual tradition!

We had no issues with our stay at this property. Location of the townhouse is in the back of the U shaped complex so no clear view of the ocean.

Wonderful vacation

My husband and I spent 6 weeks in Hilton head this year and had a wonderful time. Our unit was in a great location, access to the beach was a quick 30 second walk and although the weather was cool during the time we were there, we were able to use the outside patio a few times which was lovely. Our hosts, John and Jill responded very quickly to any inquiry and were lovely to deal with. The management company was also helpful in dealing with a few minor issues, shuck in and check out was very convenient. We are looking forward to being able to rent again next year.

To many steps and not beach front . This condo was as far as you could be in this complex . Coffee pot broke also there is a vary low ceiling going down the stairs that you have to duck if your over 6' tall.

Good location, place was ok

Location was great and the owners are very responsive and easy to work with. That being said the place needs a deep cleaning. Looks like they maybe vacuum and change sheets, not sure it had been dusted or wiped down in months. I did more cleaning the first day than the cleaning company probably ever has. Furniture is pretty dated and not that comfortable. Sheets, towels are really cheap and thin. Place has potential just needs cleaning and updating.

Great Location!

Roomy condo in a great location. The beach is only a short walk out the back. Also enjoyed being close to Coligny. Nice new kitchen as well as new appliances. Adequate cookware and dishes for cooking in. Twin bedroom bath is also nicely updated. Only complaints are it could have been a little cleaner and the King bed and twin beds definitely need new mattresses…..unfortunately we had some restless nights. Also, the futon downstairs seems to be broken as it wouldn’t fold out straight, but we made do. Besides the bed issues, we enjoyed the condo and had a great family vacation.

Hilton head first timer

This was our first time going to Hilton head for our annual family vacation. The location of the condo was perfect, very short walk to the beach. It was a five minute walk to Coligny Plaza. It was also about a mile from the entrance to Sea Pines. The condo was relatively clean when we arrived. Some minor sand residue in the halls and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, maybe a Keurig and some miscellaneous spices would have been nice, however, the appliances are relatively new and worked well for our group. I would definitely return. Easy access to the island bike trails made for an enjoyable ride each morning.

Vacation disappointment!!!

This unit was very hot during our stay. Two service visits by AC company did not make appreciable difference. Got over 80 consistently in unit. Could not cook in this unit due to heat. Microwave was supposed to be replaced in unit and fill in unit took up counter space. Furnishings were older and not what we would have expected. After multiple calls to Vacation Time and chats with owner only got 15 back. Very disappointing week! I don’t recommend a stay here.

Girl Trip

The property was very nice, great location and quiet. We traveled by plane so were limited as to what we could bring. There were beach chairs and an umbrella on the property but they were kept outside so they were in pretty rough shape. So we purchased new chairs and an umbrella and also 3 clipon chair umbrellas and left them there for the next renters. But put them in a closet on the lower level. A few of the electrical plugs in 2 bathrooms didn't work as well as one in a bedroom. We lost power in two of the bathrooms and two bedrooms and had the management company come over because the electrical box was in a locked closet. The lights were turned back on but the outlets never worked...the reset didn't work either. Other than that it is a great place to stay abd we had a great time.

Beyond Expectation

This property was the perfect spot! The house was so inviting and comfortable and seeing as though I cooked for our family the whole week I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked it was for food preparation. The three levels made it nice for my parents to have their own space in the lower level. The location was so quiet despite being so incredibly close to the pool. We all enjoyed the balcony for early morning coffee and tea. The beach was so close! You didn't have to plan on making an entire day out of going down there as it was close enough to just walk back within a minute for lunch. I couldn't have asked for a better spot on the island or for better accommodations.

All of the appliances are relatively new and worked. The closets could use a little WD 40 but were fine. The property is on the ocean and has an adequate pool. The WiFi isn’t great but adequate. We would stay there again.

Great location and property!

We went on our first family vacation with our kids/spouses and grandbaby (7 total)! We had an amazing time - beach, pool, relaxation! Very family oriented. The condo was clean, updated, and had everything we needed! It is in the perfect location! It had 3 bedrooms and and the 3 baths were great to have! I really liked have the 3 levels in a condo. It gave everyone a place of their own. Very close to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, etc. The area didn't feel crowded since we were a little south of Coligny. But still close enough to get there for shops, etc. The owners were quick to answer any questions I had! The only thing that would have been good for our specific group, was a double bed and twin vs. 2 twin beds in one of the bedrooms - but we made it work! So no problem really. We will be back!! Great condo!

Wonderful stay!

We traveled with 8 adults and absolutely loved this place. It was clean and spacious. The 4th bedroom/office/den was perfect for our large sized group as far as space goes. The beds were comfortable and we were able to access the beach quickly as well as walk to Coligny Plaza. We will stay here again.

Great family space

Great visit all around. Perfect for our family with space for everyone. A couple updates would be to replace some bed pillows. Several are stained and spotted due to lots of usage. Kitchen has lots of nice dishes and glasses but could use an inventory of cook and bake ware items...just the basics. Love the big kitchen table and chairs but could also use a good scrubbing considering it gets tons of usage. Would definitely stay here again with convince to pool, ocean, shopping and safety of gated community.

Great location and accomodations

Lovely unit. Beautiful grounds with nice private patio at the unit for grilling. Short walk to the beach. My only recommendation is that pots and pans could be updated for those who like to "cook in" a few nights. Otherwise, perfect!

Unit was not clean. Dust bunnies around and under all furniture. Hair and food in fridge. Bathroom in the king size bedroom had black mold in shower around door and orange and pink mold on grout.

Wonderful week

The villa was perfect for us with everything we needed. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach and a very short walk to the pool. The location was so convenient to bike rental, shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful week!
