Welcome to “Belle Vue”! This beautiful ocean front beach retreat with breathtaking ocean views has just been renovated with amazing upgrades throughout from the gray plank flooring to the stunning quartz countertops. A great open floor plan with plenty of room to lounge and relax. This fantastic Villa includes a fully stocked kitchen, bar seating, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. The living room and both bedrooms have 55” smart TV’s. The moment you step inside Belle Vue, you will be in awe of the beauty of the majestic Atlantic Ocean through the oversized glass doors. What truly makes this Villa so special is the ability to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and endless ocean views while relaxing on your own private balcony that overlooks the pool area. You are just steps away from the pool and the beach!

Beachwood Place is a gated complex with only 24 units, a private pool that has an abundance of chairs, tables, umbrellas, and a BBQ area. It also features bike racks, an elevator, washer & dryer on two floors, including outside the door of Belle Vue, and private beach access. This Villa is located in the heart of the South Forest Beach/Coligny area close to many local restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and a brand new park, Lowcountry Celebration Park! You are within walking & biking distance of all of this. The best way to enjoy Hilton Head is by bike, there are so many paths to explore! You can rent bikes from a number of bike rental companies that can deliver directly to Beachwood Place. Hilton Head has something for everyone, whether it’s basking in the sun or searching for wildlife!

Great location and beautiful condo

We come to HHI every year and this is our favorite complex. It’s a small complex on the beach with a nice pool. Our hosts were great, the condo is beautiful and it’s close to everything we love to do on the island.

Fall get away

We had a wonderful time! Perfect location and view of the ocean! We were able to walk to coligny plaza and a wonderful park (low country celebration park) that my 15 month old daughter loved!

Beachwood stay

This was our second stay at this amazing condo. The view of the ocean is outstanding and the private path to the beach is short and easy. Very near some of the best shops and restaurants on the island. Always very clean and owners respond quickly. We will be back

Great Place

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely recommend it! The location is fantastic- so close to Coligny which made for an easy walk there for shops and restaurants. The view off the balcony was amazing and so close to the beach. The property was well stocked and we would definitely stay again!!

Fantastic stay!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The villa was clean and true to the pics posted. The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry was convenient across the hall. We also loved this location for its easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and Coligny Beach. Thank you Chuck & Susan for sharing your slice of paradise!

Wonderful Vacation

This 2 bedroom villa was the perfect size for our family of 3. Our little girl loved the bunk room. The location is perfect with an amazing view, private pool, restaurants, shops and Coligny Beach. We want to Thank Chuck and Susan and look forward to coming back!

Perfect winter stay

The condo was as advertised and super clean. We did not use much in the kitchen as we were only there for a few days and ate out. The location was great as we were able to walk to anything we needed. The owners were very responsive and great at communicating. Can’t wait to visit again when it warms up.

Wonderful Stay!

Newly updated unit with an amazing view. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean and pool. It's in a prime location so we were able to walk to many restaurants, shopping, etc. We also rented bikes and were able to hop right on bike paths or ride on the beach. The owners were very quick to respond if we had any questions. It was a wonderful vacation!

Loved our stay

Air conditioner split units do struggle to cool the unit. This wasn’t a problem with 75 degrees but in the heat of summer it might struggle. Needs more lighting in the stairways otherwise it was a great property.

Beyond Expectations

We have vacationed at Hilton Head for our 2nd time. We really enjoyed the area around Coligny Beach and were excited to to find this oceanfront gem. Everything seemed new and nicely updated. The beds were comfortable and the view spectacular. The best part was dealing with the owners of this property. Chuck and Sue responded to any question I asked within the hour. Very knowledgeable about the area and were a short phone call away if needed.

Tiny bit of paradise

This VRBO rental is adorable from the rental itself to the owners. Location is outstanding, top floor, center unit with beautiful views of the ocean from the room. The owner thinks of everything from wine (thank you) to beach chairs/toys. It allowes you to feel at home. We cooked 90% of meals in the room and had all the means in which to do so. Pots, pans, spatulas lol you name it was in the kitchen. Be aware master bathroom is snug but the small space was used so effectively you barely notice. Future guests will love this rental and we are already plotting next year.

Perfect! We’ll definitely be back.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The unit is totally updated and had everything we needed for a super week at the beach! The view from this unit is amazing! Loved sipping my morning coffee from the balcony. The location of the unit was super convenient to both the pool and the beach. Because there are only 24 units, the pool was never packed and we were able to get pool chairs without any problem every time we went no matter what time of day. The complex has an elevator which made loading and unloading luggage and groceries a breeze! The Coligny shops and restaurants are a short walk or bike ride away which was also super convenient! This was our first visit to HHI, but will not be our last and we will definitely choose this condo again!

Very pleasant stay

The photos are accurate so there is a wonderful view from this property. The 2-BR condo is nicely furnished and attractive. It was perfect for us as a couple but would be a little tight for a family of 5 or more. The balcony has only 2 chairs and the 2d bedroom is smallish. There is no dining area. The kitchen table is for two but a counter adds more seating space. The amenities are all updated although there is no disposal in the sink. There are starter supplies except for bathroom items. There are no beach towels provided but there are some beach chairs and other beach items. We loved it here inasmuch as it was ideal for us. The Coligny area also makes things very active and convenient. We recommend it.

Absolutely Perfect in a Perfect Location!

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two grandchildren, ages 4 & 6. The property is clean and beautiful. It is exactly as presented. The pool and ocean view are simply spectacular. The owners of the property are very kind, gracious and responsive. This property is a hidden gem. The property has a small number of units, so the pool is never crowded. At first, I was upset about no washer and dryer in our unit, but was pleasantly surprised that the washer and dryer was right across the hall. Owner provided a wagon full of beach chairs, pool toys and sand toys. Since we flew and couldn’t bring those items, we were so excited and impressed. The location was also perfect because we were within walking distance of many shops, eateries, and Coligny Park, which is awesome! We were within a short driving distance of many wonderful restaurants. The food at Hudsons Restaurant is amazing. We visited Harbour Town to see the lighthouse, eat at The Salty Dog Cafe and the kids road pony’s! We also met many new friends who stayed at the same complex. Truly a perfect vacation! We will definitely be back!

Our family has been vacationing at Beachwood Place on HHI since 2008. We have had so many amazing family memories at Beachwood place! It has been on our vision board for many years to one day own a unit in Beachwood Place. Our kids and grandkids have grown up coming to Beachwood Place. We LOVE it! We hope you and your family enjoy it as much as our family has over the years and make memories to last a lifetime as we have! We hope all the hard work we have put into completely remodeling our Villa helps you make great memories! Much love was put into the remodel so the stay is the most enjoyable and relaxing for whoever is at "Belle Vue"!
