*Person renting must be at least 25 years old per HOA Rules*

This 2 bedroom first floor unit is the perfect vacation get-away centrally located in the quiet community of Bay Crossing right off Route 1. It has plenty of free parking and a community pool steps away from the building!

**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

3.7 miles to Lewes Beach, 5.6 miles to Rehoboth Beach, and 6.4 miles to the beautiful Cape Henlopen State Park with walking/biking trails and beach access.

**Pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day**

The Condo is located on the 1st floor of the Building. Along with the 2 bedrooms, there is a peaceful outdoor screened in porch for you to enjoy a cup of coffee and relax!

*Don't hesitate to bring all your vacation needs as there is plenty of storage and closet space in both bedrooms.

**We provide bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens. We also supply toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) in each bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). Feel free to use the full size washer and dryer to have a clean suitcase full of clothes going home.

*Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs.


For beach days, guests will have access to beach towels (please do not use bath towels on the beach).
For the stay at home and cook nights, guest will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, utensils, and pots/pans.
There is also a bike rack under the building staircase if you choose to bring your own bikes. Please do not bring bikes into the condo.
