Important to Note Before Booking:
This loft is located on the 2nd floor of a historic commercial building in downtown Kingsport. Businesses operate on the 1st floor—including a gym directly below the loft.

Noise from gym classes (starting as early as 5:15 AM) may be heard from the loft. We provide earplugs and a sound machine, but if you're sensitive to noise, this unit may not be the best fit for your stay.

Class Schedule ($5 per class):
• Mon–Fri: 5:15 AM, 5:45 AM, 6:30 AM, 7:15 AM, 8:30 AM, 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM

How to Access:

Attend 1 class to activate gym access ($5 guest rate)

Sign a waiver at your first visit

After that, enjoy solo workouts for free or more classes at $5 each

Please note:

Gym noise can be present during class times

This is a shared facility—please clean up and be respectful
