The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. Taxis and Uber also readily service this area. If you do decide to hire a car there is secure underground parking dedicated to the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
Currently only the registered guests on the booking are permitted access to the building and the relevant apartment that they are occupying, the building has instituted a no visitor policy - May 2024
Interaction with Guests:
A member of our team will meet you at the reception desk for your check-in on-boarding to begin. Once all guests who are staying at the unit are loaded on the building's system and you will be taken up to the apartment and shown around the unit. Our Guest Relations team are available 24/7 for any emergencies or queries.
