Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish loft just steps to the beach! Small but mightily, this ground floor unit has ceiling fans, and vinyl plank floors. All new furniture, free hi-speed WiFi and dedicated covered parking too! Grab your beach towels and beach chairs (both provided) and walk to the sand - 100 feet away on this cul-de-sac.

One block over is the town of Pierpont with frozen yoghurt, Thai Food and a cool Social Tap Sports Bar. Lots to do just a short drive to the marina! Explore Ventura!

Picture waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the jetty, steps away from your private oasis. This charming cozy loft is perfect for a long weekend getaway. The small but mighty galley kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an Ashley-Chime mattress. Two nightstands with lamps and USB plugs in the padded headboard. A 6-drawer dresser and two separate sliding door closets make for ample storage. You have a window with blinds.

There is no door between the bedroom and the living room but the wall provides lots of privacy.

LIVING ROOM
The living/dining area is a sofa with a side table and lamp and a ceiling fan. There is a 43" Smart TV on the wall and a drop-leaf dining table that can seat four guests.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is galley-style with a full-sized refrigerator 4-burner gas stove and oven, microwave and toaster, and coffee maker. You are fully stocked with china, wine glasses, mixing bowls, etc. You also have a spice rack and knife block.

PARKING:
Parking is a premium in this area, and this street is no exception. The carport services all four apartments in this building and you have a designated space on the far left, under the 1132 sign. If you expect guests, please contact the host ahead of time for parking arrangements.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This quaint and quiet beach town is just one block from the heart, where you'll find neighborhood eateries and bars. The cool city of Ventura is only a 10 minute drive where you will find plenty of nightlife as well. You are also only a 5-minute drive to the bustling shopping center of Ventura Harbor to rent jet skis or kayaks.

The wide, uncrowded beach where you can walk for miles. Dogs are allowed if leashed and waste is picked up.

Pierpont Beach is a hidden gem that boasts stunning coastal views, crystal-clear waters, and soft, sandy shores. Unlike the more well-known beaches of Malibu, Pierpont remains relatively uncrowded, making it the perfect destination for those seeking a more secluded and peaceful beach experience. This little loft is located close to Buenaventura Park, which is great for walking and biking. Check out Ventura Harbor, providing even more outdoor activities and exploration opportunities. So pack your bags, grab the sunscreen, and head to Pierpont Beach for an unforgettable beach getaway!
