We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes :

one small bottom of shampoo & conditioner

Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. (Walmart - 7Miles, Publix - 2 miles)

HOUSEKEEPING:

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL:

Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

GUESTS ACCESS:

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves.
They will also have access to the Resort's Clubhouse and amenities by paying a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their Office,

•DON'T parking on the Street or Grass. 5 Cars Max. Per Home Allowed by the Resort .Two cars Garage is empty for parking. Drive way May fits 2-4 cars.Additional free parking spots are available at the visitor’s area. Any vehicles break parking rules will be towed by Resort.

• Pool heating has extra fees and takes about 8-14 hours to fully warm up. Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• Extra fee for BBQ Grill use.This fee would include propane for the grill , And ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout.
