This brand-new home is lovingly designed with, super stylish décor. Enjoy barbeques on the main level and chill on the expansive second-floor deck with amazing ocean views.
This property is the perfect home away from home with a fully stocked deluxe kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances, including a fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine, and blender. Gather around the kitchen island and dining bar, and enjoy the open floor plan and spacious design of the space. The living room is beautifully decorated, and comfortable and has a large smart TV. There are two private bedrooms with comfy queen-size beds each with their own bathroom. Plus, there's private parking for your car and a secure entrance. From the first time I drove down that dusty beach road, with towering cacti as my guides....I felt the magic of Baja! I built this house with the incredible local team of architects and craftsmen and hard working local builders. The media sombres (wood shade structures) are made by hand. The artisan tiles on the patios, living room wall, bathrooms, and kitchen island are from La Perla in Todos Santos, and were handmade to order. It is centered around the cactus you can see through the kitchen window...her name is Mamacita...even though she's probably 50 years old. We love her, and think she is the heart of the home. We hope you enjoy this magical place as much as we do. Hasta Pronto!
