~ This is a smoke free property. NO SMOKING permitted on the premises. Violations of this rule is grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind and a $500 fine.
~ Dog friendly complex - however no dogs allowed in this unit or on the beach.
~ Only 1 parking space per unit
