The first level features a master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom and a flat screen TV. The kitchen, dining, and living areas on the first level provide ample seating for large family meals or watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen. The full screened in porch on the has an outdoor lounger and full dining set for creating a wonderful outdoor experience. You will never get tired of these breath-taking views day or night. Bringing a pet or in need of pool heat? Both can be arranged for an extra fee (please note that pool heat will only increase the water temperature by 10 degrees above the outside temperature).
