Villa Sam, who shares its name with this stretch of private coastline, is located just minutes from the ancient Maya ruins called El Meco, an underwater museum, and all of Cancún’s favorite spots including the world famous Hotel Zone and the upscale and exclusive new neighborhood of Puerto Cancun, where you can find different options for dining, shopping, playing golf or clubbing.

-Additional guests above max occupancy rates are $75 USD + taxes per adult and $50 USD + taxes per child + taxes (16 – 21 guests)

Non holiday stays have a 4 night minimum and arrival may be any day of the week
-Reservations for Christmas & New Year have a 7 night minimum stay.
-Music is permitted until 10pm
-Rates are subject to change until confirmed
-Only registered guests are allowed on the property. In case of having a visit, the day-pass is $75USD per person over 12 years of age and $25USD for children between the age of 4 and 11
