Villa de la Vida - Tämä upea, palkittu huvila on suunnitellut Meksikon tunnettu arkkitehti Javier Munoz Menendez, jonka persoonallisuus ja mielikuvitus loi mestariteos, paikka, joka ei koskaan lakkaa nostaa sinua. We had an amazing time, and truly enjoyed this villa. If you arw questioning, whether or not to book, don’t hesitate beautiful property! Ron & Mel, are exceptionally responsive. The breakfast each morning “included” was a bonus to wake up to fully served and plated! We will be back!

Amazing property and a perfect vacation!

Spring break was fantastic with two other family’s. We all had our own rooms as well as gathering areas. The views were spectacular and the indoor outdoor kitchen was perfect for afternoons and evenings by the pool. The staff hit it out of the park with daily breakfast and cleaning services. Golf carts were waiting for us upon arrival. To top it off, we forgot a few things and the owners coordinated with those onsite to mail them to us. I could keep going on, would highly recommend!

Beautiful Island Getaway

We really enjoyed having excellent snorkeling from the property's beach. During the day it could be quite busy and noisy with a lot of boats anchoring there because of the great snorkeling but that was a minor inconvenience. The facilities of the house were great. Lots of room for 11 adults and 2 children to congregate or to find a quiet spot. The home theater got lots of use. Breakfast was excellent and the staff maintained the house in perfect order. Our only negative experience was a minor theft with someone getting access to the kitchen overnight and stealing some alcohol.

Beautiful views and great breakfasts

Home needs several repairs-kitchen ceiling leaks, no working tvs in bedrooms, surround sound not working in media room, master bath vanity faucets, left set not working. There were no kayaks or canoes, the outdoor deck at water needs repairs. Midweek the host brought over a small plastic kayak. There are no railings for any of the stairs in or out of the house. The two maids were wonderful as were the breakfasts. No way you could find a better view of sunsets, water, etc. With repairs made, it could be a really nice place for a vacation.

Breakfast was a blessing!

My group of 12 just returned from Villa de la Vida. The House staff and daily breakfast were superb! It was so nice to wake up and enjoy coffee while breakfast was prepared for you especially with our large group. The bedding, beds and theater room were so cozy and our teens watched movies every night!!! The AC did struggle in the living area & kitchen but bedrooms were nice & cool. That's the compromise with hot weather & beautiful windows though. We also did have to space out showers so the water heaters could keep up. We enjoyed the pool every evening & the view was fantastic! There were some maintenance issues I saw and the owner assured me they'd be addressed in the off season. Overall, the location was fantastic, beds were comfortable & cool, the staff was accommodating and owner was quick to answer questions. We had a great family/friend trip!

The House is beautiful, and the view is amazing. The only issue I had with the property is the AC did not keep up in some of the rooms and the Shower pressure was off in a couple of the rooms. Other than these couple of things the home was great for our group.

Birthday Trip

We booked this home for a friend group. It was my husbands 40th bday. Check in was so easy Gabriel the house manager was at the home waiting on us even thou we were hours late! He gave us a review of the home and always responded when called with questions. He came over every morning to ensure we had what we needed. Gina and Lucy where a gem!! They cleaned every morning and made an amazing breakfast. It was so nice to wake up to fresh coffee! Per recommendation we used Sebastian the chef for two nights! Do not skip on that! The food was amazing! We would definitely be back! Would also recommend getting golf cart rentals from Gabriel.

Exactly as Advertised

From the start of the process to the end, we were extremely happy with our entire experience. The homeowners suggested a travel company to arrange transportation from the airport to their house and back again and everything was flawless. The home itself was beautiful and exactly as advertised. When we found out that breakfast was provided each day, our expectations were very low from previous travel experience, but each morning was amazing! The housekeeping and overall cleaning each day exceeded any expectation that our group had. The views were amazing from the pool and the upper level of the home. We had so much fun on the island and knew that when we returned to the home, we were going to have a beautiful pool and views that were second to none. We've stayed at other resorts on the island and after renting this home, I can't think of a better place to stay. When we return to the island, we would definitely book this home again.

Great Holiday Weekend

The property was better than advertised and the staff was incredible. The provided breakfasts were amazing, a great way to start every day. Everything went smoothly except for the theater room which seemed to be under repair. Overall just a great week, could not be more happy with everyone and everything about the Villa De La Vida!!

Best View of Ocean and the City across the ocean

Amazing to wake up to crystal clear waters everyday!!! Unique Home on the Ocean, was able to snorkel in the back yard!!! Saw Sting rays, starfish, lobsters and a million colorful fish! The staff was soooo very Amazing, cooked a wonderful breakfast every morning, cleaned and did laundry for us everyday. Was great not to have to do laundry. Only issue we had was the showers are not hot! But management did try to remedy it. Our amazing vacation spot was a dream! Would stay again…. Highly recommend!

Birthday Celebration spoiled by Theft

The property is beautiful but the cleanliness and maintenance is sub par. Every bed spread/comforter was stained, and the house needed to be dusted. In addition the paint, and trim work looked like patch work, . The views were amazing, and the pool area was great. On the third day of the trip my son in law's wallet was stolen from his room. We know for sure it was stolen because he had it that morning and we did not leave the property all day. When we decided to leave the property that night for dinner, he could not locate the wallet. Later that night he was notified that someone was attempting to use the card. Although, Gabriel and Ron offered their empathy and apologizes, it is my belief they did not believe the staff stole the wallet. It is the only logical explanation. For this reason we will not return to this location. The property does look identical to the pictures online. Be sure to use safe if available and keep personal belognings in your view.

Great house

We had 11 adults down to swim with the whale sharks and we had an absolute blast. The house manager was great and available for info when we needed it. The ladies who came to make breakfast each morning was the perfect way to start the day and always delicious! Would definitely come back and book this house again. Getting to and from Cancun, we used AGI tours and they were awesome, even booked a private charter one day through them!! In the covid world, there is a place a few minutes from the house and it was very easy!

Stunning Oceanfront Home

We stayed at Villa De La Vida for 5 days and it was an unbelievable experience. The home is modern and clean with breathtaking views of the ocean. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean has a view that will never be forgotten. Great and attentive staff to clean up after us. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and well spread out. Will for sure be returning in the future!

Heaven on earth

Hello, We recently stayed at Villa de la Vida and we cannot say enough good things about this truly stunning house. We were welcomed by the host Ron and house staff, Javiar, Gina and Lucy - all very warm and inviting. We also hired the chef recommended by Mel & Ron. Tina and Sebastian served us amazing dinners and lunches, we even went to their restaurant in town one night! The ocean was clear and beautiful, rooms and amenities just as nice as any hotel. We travel a lot and we were so lucky to find this gem. We were worried about transportation but the ferry was safe, very clean and fast. We would highly recommend this place to anyone considering renting a space for a larger group, the rooms were stunning and very modern. Thank you again for having us, Sidney

Spectacular Villa!

I just returned from my 50th Birthday vacation from Villa de la Vida and words cannot describe how amazingly beautiful this home is. It was simply breathtaking! But not just that... it was sexy! Its even more spectacular in person. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you to the amazing staff that made our stay so wonderful. A big thanks to the house managers Ron and Mel for making this a vacation that I will never forget.

Wonderful Villa

I just returned from Villa de la Vida and wow, what a place! Hidden off the main road, this villa was located right on the ocean in front of the Caribbean, Cancun skyline and was right off the pages of Architectural Digest. Modern, high end amenities and incredible kitchen to snack and gather for drinks and breakfast, luxury at every turn. The staff was all smiles and served a continental breakfast and cleaned each day, such a treat. Thank you to the staff and the manager Ron for getting us maps to all the best restaurants, and answering all the questions we had, as well as scheduling amazing in house massages with Ivonne! We are ready to go back.

Simply amazing!

My family just returned from a wonderful vacation in Isla Mujeres and I can honestly say this was the best vacation rental experience we've ever had. Villa de la Vida is hidden gem located on the ocean overlooking beautiful Caribbean water where we swam, snorkeled and watched the sunset from the gorgeous villa. The villa itself was incredible, and Ron the manager was such a great source of knowledge and expertise from the moment we arrived. He and his Mexican partner Gabby, as well as Lucy and Georgina took such great care of us the entire time. The ladies made breakfast and cleaned each morning while Rob helped arrange massages and yoga. We went snorkeling with Gabby and saw the most beautiful reef fish and coral. Modern and Luxurious

My family stayed at Villa de la Vida in Isla Mujeres in August and enjoyed this beautiful villa so much. The architectural details and the designer kitchen made cooking and visiting so much fun, and we loved looking across the water to see the sunset and Cancun skyline. The bedrooms all have huge walk in showers and simple elegant details. So comfortable. The gardens in front of the dining room and by the pool were immaculate, colorful and picturesque. There is a staff of two nice ladies that prepared fruit, coffee and pastries each morning and did a great job cleaning. I hope to return soon. It was pure island luxury.

Amazing property

I had the opportunity to be part of a retreat at this property in June. This villa has the most modern and sleek amenities and fantastic service as well. Right out of Architectural Digest, the sleek kitchen, gorgeous finishes and awesome service provided by staff Gorgina and Lucy (sweet ladies who made continental breakfast and cleaned) made for a great getaway. We could walk down the stairs from the pool villa to swim in the ocean with a view of the Cancun skyline that sparkles at night.
