Sliding glass doors allow direct access to pool & patio area. This bedroom has access to a hallway bathroom with a walk-in, glass door shower, single-sink vanity, and large well-lit mirror.

Bedroom #4/Den:

This den can serve as a home office, extra entertaining space, or as a fourth bedroom. The den has a dedicated work desk, a full-size sleeper sofa, a glass-top coffee table, wall-to-wall carpeting, elegant arched windows, a tray ceiling, and a ceiling fan.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kits.

No smoking/no parties.
