Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by a spacious, light-filled living room featuring plush seating, vibrant artwork, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The open-plan layout flows effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with high-end, modern appliances and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal or morning coffee.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed, hotel-quality linens, and ample closet space, along with a private bathroom featuring a sleek walk-in shower and contemporary finishes. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and convenient access to a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom features two entry points, functioning both as an en-suite for the queen room and as a guest-accessible option from the main living area—perfect for flexibility and privacy.

The third bedroom doubles as an office or guest room, furnished with a comfortable sofa that folds flat for sleeping. It's a great option for working remotely or hosting an extra guest.

We are centrally located with easy access to I-20 and I-75/85. We just a few miles from the Mercedes Benz Stadium and minutes from the State Capitol, Zoo Atlanta, Grant Park, and Oakland Cemetery. We are approx ½ mi from the MARTA rail station.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
