Welcome to Suite 212, "Exhale," our smallest but most thoughtfully designed studio at Rock Spring Resort. This cozy retreat features a queen bed, an electric fireplace, and a sunny seating nook complete with a Murphy desk and plush accent chair, perfect for catching up on a good book or answering a few emails.
The space is filled with natural light and modern artistic flair, balancing rustic charm with contemporary touches. Youâll find a fully equipped kitchenette with all the essentials for light cooking, a smart TV for streaming your favorites, a small closet for storage, and a sparkling full bathroom.
Located on the second floor, Suite 212 offers quiet, comfortable accommodations for solo travelers or couples who crave peace and simplicity in a beautiful country setting.
Step outside and enjoy our 10-acre resort grounds! Rock Spring Resort features 1.25 miles of manicured walking trails, fire pits, picnic tables, a hot tub, a dry sauna, hammocks, swings, a playground, and a treehouse library for the kids. The Bark Park with off-leash space and complimentary treats makes this the perfect destination for your four-legged family members, too!
Weâre just 26 minutes from Lookout Mountain and 23 minutes from Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park, making us a quiet but convenient home base for your Chattanooga adventures.
Suite 212 is professionally cleaned, pet-friendly, and stocked with thoughtful touches like BPA-free dishware, fast Wi-Fi, and cozy linens. Self-check-in is available, and weâre here to assist you as much or as little as you like.

Our full-time maintenance team is available 24/7, and our professional cleaners are here daily to ensure every suite is spotless. While 100% of our team speaks English, we also have staff fluent in American Sign Language and German, plus basic Spanish and French.
As a family-owned and operated property, we focus fully on the guest experience. With streamlined self-check-in and efficient operations, we're able to keep rates reasonable while offering far more than the average hotel. All without cutting corners on care.
