Jade Bay on kaunis uusi alue upealla Riviera Maya -kadulla Playa del Carmenin eteläpuolella. Lahti muodostaa valkoisen korallihiekan, puolikuunrannan, joka on samanlainen kuin Akumalin lahti, helpon kävelymatkan päässä. Villa Margarita on yksi harvoista huviloista Jade Bayllä. Yksityisyys ja turvallisuus ovat erinomaisia, mutta lukuisat ostosmahdollisuudet, ravintolat, snorklaus ja vapaa-aika ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä.

Villa Margarita tarjoaa yli 3000 neliöjalkaa ylellistä asumista, johon mahtuu jopa 10 vierasta. Tämä ihana huvila tarjoaa myös täyden siivouspalvelun ja tonttivartijan 6 päivää viikossa. Mannermainen aamiainen tarjoillaan päivittäin, paitsi viikonloppuisin. Siellä on neljä suurta, ilmastoitua makuuhuonetta, kolme yläkerrassa ja yksi alas, jokaisella on oma yksilöllisesti sisustettu kylpyhuone ja patio merinäköalalla. Yksittäiset kannet ovat avoinna yksityiselle Karibianmerelle merinäköalalla ja ylellisille merituuleille. Villa Margaritan parhaasta makuuhuoneesta ei tule kolikoita, jokainen makuuhuone on makuuhuone!

Kolmessa makuuhuoneessa on kiinteät king-size-vuoteet ja yhdessä on king, joka voi erota kahdeksi kaksoseksi; järjestely mille tahansa ryhmälle. Toisessa kerroksessa on myös ilmastoitu ja täysin varustettu satelliitti-TV-huone, jossa on videonauhuri ja DVD-soitin, 2 futon-vuodesohvaa, jaettu kylpyhuone ja oma patio, josta on näkymä viidakon ja Akumalin kylään.

Olohuone ja ruokasali ovat merelle päin ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, jossa liukuvien lasiovien seinä kutsuu sinut nauttimaan virkistävästä uima-altaasta vain 3 askeleen päässä ja Karibian surfista aivan sen ulkopuolella. Takana, kun kohtaat merta, on istumabaari, joka on kytketty keittiöön avoimen holvikäytävän kautta. Kaksi vaihetta nostaa sinut aulaan, roiskunut luonnonvaloon, joka pääsee sisään yllä olevasta kupasta. Tarkastelet katon soikean aukon läpi, toisen kerroksen rautakaiteineen, toisen kerroksen kattoon, jossa korkea, tiilellä varustettu kupoli vuotaa luonnollista valoa läpi! Kaikissa tuulettimissa on kattotuuletin.

Aulan ulkopuolella annat modernin ja täysin varustetun keittiön, josta on laaja näkymä baarista ruokasaliin ja sen jälkeen uima-altaalle ja merelle - täydellinen paikka valmistaa ateria tai ne Margaritat Happy Hour -altaan ympärille. Jos haluat rentouttavaa ulkona tapahtuvaa ruoanlaittoa, kannattaa käyttää propaanilla varustettua grilli- ja ulkokeittiötä ja kosteaa baaria, joka sijaitsee etuoven vieressä. Aulan ulkopuolella ja lähellä portaita löydät puoli kylpy- / jauhehuoneen sekä sisäänkäynnin pääkerroksen makuuhuoneeseen. Kalustus on meksikolaista, ja siinä on loistavia karibialaisia kankaita. Olohuoneesta ja ruokasalista poistut katetulle terassille, joka rajoittuu virkistävän uima-altaan turvallisiin syvyyksiin lapsille ja aikuisille.

Kuvittele itsesi huojuvan riippumatossa rantapalatsin alla tai rentoutumalla uima-altaan vieressä sijaitsevassa aulassa, katselemassa turkoosi valtamerta, nauttien lempeästä tuulista ja kookospalmujen ruuhkasta. Risteily lahti huvilan merikajakoilla. Kokeile opastettua kalastusretkiä, snorklausmatkaa tai sukellusta jännittävään päivään. Taivas saattaa olla kopio tästä!

Jos haluat vielä korkeamman ahvenen aurinkoa iltapäivällä, ilta-cocktaileja tai tähtien katselua yöllä, vie kierreportaat panoraamakatolle saadaksesi upeat näkymät ympäröivään valtamereen ja viidakkoon. Voit nukkua jopa tähtien alla!

Just Great

The care takers Yesenia & Elias took great care of the property. Yesenia does a full clean everyday & Elias takes great care of the pool and grounds. Great to have clean towels.The property is just as described & great for my family of 8 with 4 month baby (maybe just need new portable crib).Beach was beautiful to walk every day!The only negative was not having access to washer & drier. I missed this when I booked and with small baby would have been very helpful, but this was on me and not the property. You can have Yesenia do you laundry for a small cost.Would stay again if we come back to area.

Simply perfect

Wow. Simply wow. We enjoyed our time at the villa for the week. The home is beyond what we imagined and everything was perfect. Daily breakfast was made by Yesenia she then would clean the home from top to bottom regardless of us using primary the lower level of the home. The yard and pool also well cared for. Such pride is taken every day in the care and upkeep of not only the guest but the home. We were treated to a dinner prepared by Elias in the Villa. It was delicious and also had Flan for dessert. We hope to make this our new anniversary spot! Hope to stay again soon. Billie and Scott Quiring

The staff was wonderful and always available and willing to help. the pool was refreshing, the ocean beautiful, and the location private yet close enough to anything we wanted. We have stayed at a number of places in Akumal, but this is the best suited for our growing family. Due to contracting Covid, we had to stay a few extra days, and the renters and staff were very helpful.

60th anniversary celebration

Hubby and I along with our 2 daughters and son-in-law as well as 3 grandkids loved the house including amazing pool. The staff was beyond great. The location between Akumal and Tulum made for super activities beaches and restaurants.

The pool, yard and beach areas were in great condition. There was plenty of room for all of our guests. Yesenia made a delicious breakfast every morning (except Sunday) and kept the home clean. This made the Vrbo experience feel more like a hotel stay than renting a home you had to keep clean on your own. The only issues we had included a safe that was not functioning throughout our stay, a portable speaker we had outside that went missing, and a leaking ac unit in one of the bedrooms.

Amazing, Relaxing, Everything at your fingertips

First of all this is the most well stocked house we've ever stayed at, from wine glasses to cookwear and everything in-between, the house had it. The staff was phenomenal, Jessie our daily maid was outstanding and efficient. Don't make the bed because she will just take it apart and make it again. Uziel the gardener was very helpful and attentive to the grounds, he even helped us retrieve a few coconuts to make drinks with. Jessie's parents cooked us two meals (sorry forgot their names) that were simple but perfect and more than we could eat. The property was breathtaking, the beach was beautiful and the location could not be beat. Jungle Fish bar and grille next door made for a couple of simple nights out with some great food and lighthearted fun without the fuss of driving. The house was perfect for relaxing and had plenty of space for anyone that wanted a quiet moment. The rooftop made for some great nights watching the stars.

What a perfect place!

It is straight on the back (rocky) with the fresh Caribbean breeze coming in. A 5 minute walk in either direction and you'll find white sandy beach, though in my opinion this is the most beautiful part. It is tranquil and totally private. Jesse will make you breakfast and keep the house tidy each day. The groundkeeper takes excellent care of the outdoors. Both such wonderful people that is a joy to have around. Hope to come back someday!

Peaceful area, many nice outdoor spaces to relax, dine, etc,, well lit at night and felt safe with rhe security guard. Inside, the villa was quite charming with many unique decorations and wall art. Great beachfront location, close to restaurants, staff was excellent, everyone at the management company was very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely consider returning and/or renting another property from them.

Reviewer Comments: After extensive research we chose Villa Margarita for a group of 9 adults celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday and it exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved the house and it was so clean! Maria at Akumal Properties was amazing to work with. Daily maid service, groundkeeping/pool and security guard ensured all of our needs were met. At the recommendation of Maria, we hired Chef Emilio to cook for us and that was the best decision we made! Incredible!The only downside is that the entrance to the ocean is really rocky and there was a lot of seaweed when we were there in April. Definitely bring water shoes if you want to brave it. Nevertheless, the pool and shaded yard area provided plenty of outdoor entertainment.It is walkable to town, just 10 mins our one minded the stroll, although check on the status of being charged $5 to re-enter the beach area to return home if you plan to explore the village (this was just unfolding, and controversial when we were there.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would definitely go back to this property. It was well located walking distance from the main beach and lives up to its description. Much less activity in Akumal, but easy drives to Tulum and Playa del Carmen. The staff, both at the villa and in the management office were very helpful and accommodating. The backyard was perfect for our needs with easy beach access, lots of seating and a lovely pool. The ocean behind the villa was not the best for snorkeling, but just a short walk either direction and there were more sheltered areas. I believe the sea was a little rougher than normal during our visit, but that did not pose a problem at all. the only issue was that the main beach has recently implemented a $5USD fee. Since we were already on the beach, this was only an issue if we wanted to walk into town from the villa, we were asked to pay to get back onto the beach. I understand this to be fairly new and I am sure they will work something out for future guests. In any event, I would highly recommend and likely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic family vacation here with 2 grandparents, 2 couples and 3 kids age 3-5. The adults loved the view, clean house. delicious meals from the staff, coconuts fresh from the tree, and wandering the beach. The kids loved the pool (shallow in 1 end), space to run, kick a soccer ball, or play in the sand, all without leaving the premises. The beach is a little tricky as it's really rough "Iron Shore" when you enter the water in front of the house. It was fine for playing in the sand next to the water, but when we wanted to swim or snorkel we would walk 5 minutes south to a sandy entry, or 15 min north to Akumal Bay. Either place had great swimming and snorkeling. We felt very safe and enjoyed how quiet the area was. Any minor issues were addressed immediately, and recommendations from the property manager for spas, masseuse, and food were fantastic. We wouldn't hesitate to rent here again. Overall - Loved it.

Best family trip ever

Every need is accounted for throughout the house. The managers before and during our stay were most accommodating. The location is a perfect jumping point to all the sites in and around the area.

A week in paradise with family and friends!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just got back from a week's stay in Villa Margarita, and it was wonderful! We were a group of 8 -- two families with 4 children ranging from aged 7-10. The house was perfect for the kids: the pool, layout of the house, the beach right there, and the hammock was a huge hit, as well. The house was spacious -- each family felt like they had their own space and also great open space together. The kitchen is big and allowed for all of us foodies to cook and mix cocktails at the same time. Lots of loungers outside so we all could enjoy the b'ful view and sun. Great shade with palm trees, as well. We even booked massages through the wonderful property manager Jorge and had them outside under the palms. Heaven!Irene took such wonderful care of us -- she came in each morning and made and cleaned up breakfast and cleaned the whole house, making beds, sweeping up all the sand from the kids....everything. She also made us a dinner one night which was fantastic.The house is in such a perfect location. We had never been in this area before. Akumal is a cute town, with lots of restaurants and snorkeling and close to all the activities. We loved La Buena Vida -- a restaurant on the beach with a pool, hammocks, beanbags. So fun for old and young. We also loved that we were only 20 minutes from Tulum. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the beaches and the Boho vibe.We loved Villa Margarita and would definitely recommend it!

Amazing Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Skip Cancun- everything you want to do is down by Akumal anyway! The food was amazing, and the accomodations perfectly relaxing. Take the trip over to snorkel in the lagoon! The cave snorkeling trip nearby is also well worth it. But if you never leave the house, you would still have an amazing vacation!

I can't think of anything that would have made this trip better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures really don't do this place justice. 4 beautiful staterooms, each with a sliding door to the ocean. Three rooms have kings with one having two twins that form a king bed. Beds were comfortable. The house is just comfortable and beautifully maintained - comfortable chaise lounges, hammocks, tables and chairs. We were always able to find either shade or sun in the yard. The yard is up from the beach a few feet which provided great privacy from neighbors strolling the beach. The pool is beautifully maintained and refreshingly cool. The ocean in front of the house is rocky so you'll want water shoes but it stays shallow for a long distance and was a very comfortable temperature. We enjoyed the 4 kayaks (2-2 man and 2-1 man) and provided life vests. It is a 10 minute comfortable beach walk to town.Irene kept the home clean and tidy and kept us well fed. She was a delight to see each day. She prepared our continental breakfast including cooking eggs we provided, the included meal was delicious. We asked her to prepare guacamole and pico de gallo daily and paid additional for that as well as an additional meal that she prepared for us with her husband.I was really impressed with Akumal - no vendors (except for the ones trying to sell snorkel tours right in town), the food in the local restaurants was exceptional and very inexpensive. We enjoyed the Lol Ha, Turtle Bay Bakery and La Buena Vida several times each.This was one of the best vacations we've had.We never saw/met the property manager but all of our needs were met by the on-site staff so it was not a problem.

Everything was ideal from the stunning view of the ocean and grounds to the super amenities this villa has to offer. We would definitely recommend this to friends. We kayaked, snorkelled, scuba dived, enjoyed fantastic restaurants within walking distance and squeezed in three massages on the upper balcony between our water sports. Wonderful Vacation Home!

We were greeted with beer, pico de gallo, and guacamole in the fridge when we arrived - a wonderful sight after traveling all day! Irene and Ouseal, the house staff, were fantastic, and the house was great. All in all, a fantastic vacation!
