Condo accommodates 8 comfortably - 1 king size bed in Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 double size bed and 1 twin size bunk bed in 2nd bedroom, 1 double size pull-out sofa bed in the living room with fireplace and dining area, and 2nd bathroom with sink and shower. All bedrooms include a Smart/Roku TV including the living room. Free Wi-Fi is available for use and all linen is included with rental. Kitchen is fully equipped, and laundry is also provided which includes a full-size washer and dryer.
Association has community outdoor pool overlooking the main channel with 3 gazebos/fans, picnic deck, a tennis court, basketball hoop, and children's play area. Our guests are also permitted to fish from the shoreline or off any of the 4 docks at Breakwater Bay.
1 designated parking spot and extra guest parking is available.
$115 cleaning fee will be charged per stay and a $100 pet fee will be charged per stay for those with pets. Guests will also be responsible for any damages they cause. If any damages are reported to VRBO the owner can make a claim that can be charged back to renter. The renter is assessed and any damage and/or rule violation fees from the association, those charges will be paid by renter. ***Smoking is not allowed***
