Note on pool heating:
We are happy to provide heating at our pool completely free! Keep in mind, the temperature of the pool itself is variable based on season, humidity, and ambient nightly temperature. We keep the pool set at 84-85 degrees. The pool heat pump operates most efficiently at air temperatures above 60 degrees. Less than 55 degrees and the pump automatically shuts off. This is programmed into the unit itself to prevent it from frying out. We do not refund for pool temperatures as this is due to weather and temperature and is out of our control. Please keep this in mind when booking during particularly cold months, specifically November - February.

The Villa:
This new construction home has an astonishing 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and the capacity to easily accommodate 12 guests. Every inch of this space was designed to provide your perfect vacation and escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Immediately upon pulling onto the property, a sense of calm and serenity hits you and your worries are melted away. The teal door and matching hanging Egg chairs in the front entryway are beckoning you to take a seat. Relax, soak in the views of the beautiful blue sky and stars of the night, and listen to the sound of the ocean.

Once inside, kick off your shoes, take a deep breath, and revel in luxury. The 9 foot ceilings, open concept kitchen and living, and modern and clean quartz countertops are fit for a king. You’ll immediately notice the massive 72” TV, equipped with Roku. All you need to do is sign in to any of your old accounts, and pick up where you left off with your latest shows. There are also two Rattan chairs, and extra poofs that can be used as foot rests.

The pine wooden dining table is betwixt the kitchen and living room, so you are free to keep an eye on multiple areas. The truly perfect setting for a family dinner and show off your perfectly cooked steaks from the BBQ grill, or a 5-course meal you whipped up in the fully stocked kitchen!

Start your morning right, and have coffee, or tea, the way you like it! We supply coffee beans, ground coffee, sugar, creamers, and an assortment of k-cups and creamers. In the shelving above and below the bar, you’ll discover an electric kettle, coffee bean grinder, French press, pour over, electric milk frother, and Duo Keurig where you can brew up a whole pot, or a single k cup of whatever pleases you. Don’t tell Starbucks, they’ll be jealous!

Through the sliding doors behind the kitchen, is one of two amazing entertainment areas. Here you will find a couch, two chairs, and tables – a fantastic area to catch up on the latest gossip… I can’t believe Sarah said that!!

The backyard is fully fenced, so feel free to let your kids and doggos play and release their energy back there. We provide horseshoes, cornhole, and ladder toss as fun outdoor yard game options. Here you will also find the BBQ grill and the solo firepit hangout area. Looking to relax? Sprawl onto the hammock or grab your favorite beverage and layout in the teak lounge chairs. We have extensive string lighting in the backyard so the fun doesn’t haven’t to end just because the sun goes down! A light switch located by the sliding glass doors makes turning the lights on and off a breeze.

Work your way back inside, and you will see the garage is now your own personal game room! Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, and Tiki Ring Toss are all here for your entertainment. You will also find 30+ board games, puzzles, and card games. This is also where you’ll find beach chairs, a beach cart, drink cooler, and EV charger for your convenience.

In the downstairs closet by the stairs is where you can find yard games, a pack and play, a protective child gate for the stairs, beach towels and more items to complete your stay. Head towards the master bedroom, and you’ll see the herring bone-wallpapered half bath.

Get ready to catch up on some much-needed sleep once you enter the Endless Sea Room. This master suite has it’s own bathroom equipped with jack and jill sink, and a spacious shower. Nestled in dark blue shiplap, the luxurious bed and sheeting will put your mind at ease. There is also a full pullout chair, that will easily accommodate an additional guest.

Head upstairs and you’ll be greeted by one of the most unique spaces in the house. To the left is a desk and private work space area. Just because you’re on vacation, doesn’t mean you can’t catch up on some work if you need to. Above the desk are multiple books, grab one that fancies you and head to the right where you’ll see the reading nook. Open the shades and spend a morning lounging back and getting lost in a book. This comfortable and cozy day bed can also be extended and turned into another sleeping spot.

Just to the right of the desk is the Sun Room. A queen sized bed, the modern décor and hanging pendant lights will envelop you in tranquility.

To the right of the Sun Room is the Paradise Room. Here you’ll find 4 bunk beds, with a bladeless ceiling fan. These twin beds are perfect for children but also easily accommodating adults as well. You won’t be able to resist the urge to feel like a kid again.

Last of the bedrooms, but certainly not least, is the Oyster Room just past the reading nock. This Boho themed room has sconces that can be easily turned off or on with the flip of a switch so you won’t need to step off the decadent bed when you’re ready for some rest. This room boasts another king-sized bed.

Finally, there is another jack and jill style bathroom upstairs that can accommodate multiple guests getting ready at one time.
