Away from the road, perched on the heights of Colombier, Villa Ti Voyage offers spectacular panoramic views that stretch from Islet Bonhomme to the famous roundabout that airplanes are close to during the final landing phase.

The space
Ti Voyage combines the tranquility of a private subdivision, the quality of a home with the "Saint-Barth" standards and the proximity to both the beaches and the places that make the island the "Saint-Tropez" of the Caribbean.

Ti Voyage is a modern villa perfectly equipped. It has 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom, on two levels. The upper bedroom opens to the terrace and hills between which the sun projects its light beams every morning. The lower room extends onto a large deck and has direct access to the parking lot, which gives it great autonomy. All rooms are air-conditioned and come with a TV.

Parking is available for 3 cars.

The open-plan kitchen is open to the 30m2 living room and allows dining inside. However, the large teak table installed on the covered part of the deck will be the preferred place for meals.

The large bay windows enlarge the interior space towards the vast deck and the beauty of the landscape.

The kitchen is equipped with the most modern equipment: microwave, oven, dishwasher, freezer, appliances.

The living room has an armchair, a 3-seater sofa, TV with more than 100 channels including the iconic American channels, TNT, as well as Apple TV. You'll also find a Blue Ray player, a blue tooth sono, and a CD player.
All rooms have their own Wi-Fi relay.

The villa also has an ironing board and household products. There is also a vacuum cleaner but you shouldn't need it: daily cleaning (6d/7) is included.

Both bedrooms come with king size beds (200cm x 180cm). Bed in bottom bedroom can be converted into 2 twin beds.

The heated swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and is maintained weekly by a swimming pool. An aquabike is available for your use.

The beautiful garden coloured by bougainvillea trees is maintained by a gardener.

You can prepare your grills on a gas grill (Weber brand).

Ti Voyage dominates the village of Colombier. The villa was built in a private development, away from the road, along a path that serves only a few villas. That is to say that the place is quite quiet. An exceptional location very sought after in Saint-Barth as Gustavia, Saint-Jean, the airport and the beach of Flamands - the nearest - are less than 5 minutes away by car.

With an area of 25 km2, the island of Saint-Barthélemy is on a human scale and all corners of the island are accessible in a very short time.

Saint-Barth is a mythical island and, indeed, you will have the impression, from the moment you arrive, of finding yourself in paradise.

Gustavia and Saint John are the hotspots of shopping. Exhibitions, regattas, festivals, concerts, parties, fireworks and other cultural events follow one another all year round. The traditional market in the heart of Gustavia is not to be missed on the first Sunday of the month.

You will have at your disposal the full range of water sports, boat or jet ski excursions, and an infinite number of sporting activities. Children are not forgotten: in addition to sailing, surfing, windsurfing, swimming, tennis, archery and other courses, they can take part in creative workshops, learn about pottery, or even chess.
Getting around
The transfer from your place of arrival to the villa is free. Your host or their representative will accompany you to your car rental company, explain the practical aspects of the villa and give you any advice you may need.
