This beautiful luxurious condo features stunning architecture with sweeping city views. Enjoy the rooftop swimming pool and communal gathering areas with putting green and outdoor BBQ. This building also features a state of the art fitness center and 24 hour concierge service. The building charges a one-time resort fee of $50 per person or couple (excluding minors) upon check-in.
Upon entering your private residence you will be amazed with the beautiful floor to ceiling glass windows with breathtaking city views. The Italian style kitchen features upgraded stainless steel energy efficient appliances, custom wood cabinetry and stone counter tops, complete with all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare meals. The kitchen is stocked with an assortment of teas and coffee.
The apartment is equipped with complimentary high-speed WiFi, Alexa enabled smart home system, smart TVs in every room, brand new washer and dryer, high-end furniture, LED mirrors in the bathrooms, and more. Did we mention the free parking?! We've stocked the apartment with everything you'll need to relax and enjoy your stay, from hotel quality linens and towels to fresh toiletries and laundry detergent.
The spacious apartment can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
Primary Bedroom: Features a King bed, closet, en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, blackout shades and a 48" smart TV.
Second Bedroom: Features a King bed, closet, ceiling fan, blackout shades and a smart TV.
Living Room: Features a queen size sofa bed for 2 additional guests, a dining area, fully equipped bar cabinet and a 55" smart TV.
Primary Bathroom: Features an LED mirror and a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head and handheld sprayer.
Second Bathroom: Features an LED mirror and a bathtub.
Traveling with dogs? No problem! The apartment is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs and we'll even provide you with food and water bowls and extra dog bags. The fee is $30 for each dog. You will need to provide vaccination information to the concierge upon check-in and pay a reimbursable pet deposit ($300 first pet, $150 second pet).
Please note that the apartment can only be accessed by registered guests and visitors.

Right in the heart of Midtown in the sought after Wynwood area and walking distance to the Miami Design District, this stunning 2bd/2ba condo is an excellent place to relax and unwind. With its rooftop pool, fully equipped gym, FREE PARKING, 24/7 concierge, putting green and endless amenities, it makes for a memorable experience. Take a short walk to Biscayne Bay or a quick bike ride over the bridge to South Beach, or enjoy the numerous restaurants and shops the neighborhood has to offer!
You will be provided the standard building rules and regulations ahead of your check-in date, which must be acknowledged and signed prior to your arrival. Upon entering the building for the first time, you will need to provide the concierge with a photo ID and pay the $50 one-time resort fee at the time of check-in. This fee is per person or per couple (minors excluded). Once checked in, you can make your way up to your freshly cleaned gorgeous unit awaiting you!
Detailed check-in instructions will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival.
During your stay, you will be provided with a key for the front door, a key card to access the building as well as the elevator and amenities and, if needed, a key card to access the assigned parking space in the private garage. Lost or damaged key cards may be subject to a $50 replacement fee per card.
