This stunning condo is a unique blend of contemporary and turn-of-the-century design, located in a historic new construction building. The bright and sunny 3rd floor unit is conveniently situated in the heart of the city. It features two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and king-sized beds. This home is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring downtown Asheville NC!

*The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away, offering even more opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. The property offers convenience, luxury, and comfort, with always-available local staff on hand to assist with any needs or questions. Guests will also find a book of local recommendations and a map of favorite restaurants to help them make the most of their vacation. Don't miss out on this rare opportunity to experience the unique charm of this boutique loft.

*This is your vacation home and we are your support team working for you.

We will be giving you a complete space for your vacation. We check in with you the day of your arrival, about halfway through your stay, and the morning of your departure.

If you have any questions or need anything during your stay we are just a text or call away and are ready to jump into action if needed. We are available 7 am-10 pm through phone, text, Airbnb's message thread, or carrier pigeon.

After 10 pm and before 7 am, please call Becky for non-medical emergencies. For medical emergencies, please dial 9-1-1.

Amazing...great location and the most security of any VRBO's that I have ever stayed.

Went above and beyond...
We had a great stay (the accommodations are wonderful, the location is close to everything and there's plenty of room.) It's a great place. However, we ran into a jam that was our mistake, but we needed assistance from the property to resolve, and they went above and beyond to help us handle it. Truly more than we could have ever asked for. MANY thanks for the stay and for your help to resolve the issue. The customer service you showed was beyond compare. We will be returning!

Absolutely beautiful place!! And a great location! Walking to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment - dueling piano bar across the street, literally steps away. We got quite a few groceries, and it was a little tricky getting those and luggage up to the condo with all of the passcodes and no parking out front, but we managed. Would highly recommend this property!

Great location downtown Asheville. Easy spot to explore the city from. We really enjoyed the food and our visit to the Biltmore. Hopefully we can come back and spend more time on the trails.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, right downtown and Asheville is an easy city to navigate. Property is accurately depicted, well laid out and appropriated. Property is cleaned and well maintained, there were a few ceiling tiles partially missing, I assumed that was temporary. Building has secure access, a great place to stay.
