Welcome to our newly renovated beach home in the premiere residential community of Ocean Pines! Not only are we a short 12-minute ride into the resort town of Ocean City but here you have access to private community amenities, multiple pools open year-round, yacht club, state-of-the-art golf courses, and much more!

We welcome you to stay at our Incredible 2000sqft, 3 BR, 2BA home w/ parking for all! Enjoy an open floor plan that is great for gathering with family and friends. The back deck is spacious and a great place for a morning coffee or happy hour in the afternoon! Enjoy the benefits of a private garage for any vehicles or things you need to store.

Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book. Unfortunately we can not hold dates for anyone.

This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacations charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Due to the high volume of turnovers in the peak summer season and to provide the latest checkout possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6 PM.

Trust & Safety: By booking a stay with us, you give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

Pool open Memorial-Labor Day. Sometimes earlier or later weather permitting at the discretion of the building. Please ask if you are curious about pool openings during your stay :)

We are VERY EXCITED to share that we have made plenty of new updates for 2023! Every new feature was carefully thought out in order to provide you with an amazing stay that will exceed most Ocean City rental experiences.

-KITCHEN: Our Gourmet kitchen is open-airy and fully equipped with the finest cookware, the chef of the group will feel right at home! Granite countertops and a wrap-around island with seating! Large Dining Table comfortably seats 6. The kitchen dining room and living room are connected in a wide open concept so you never have to miss a moment.

-LIVING ROOM: Smart TV w/ plenty of seating for the whole family. The sofa also converts into a bed for extra sleeping space.

-Back Deck: Enjoy the peacefulness on our deck. Plenty of space to hang out.
