Designed and inspired by locals to ensure our guests can experience the true essence of Wynwood with ease. **This is a Quadplex. Each unit has a separate entrance and is completely private. However, we do have guests in the other units so you may run into them outside of the house or potentially hear them.

The kitchen is fully stocked and we are central to everything South Florida has to offer. Every room was designed to make your stay as convenient as it is comfortable.

Smart TV and the fastest WiFi possible in the area. This home is a brand new build in the heart of Wynwood! Equipped with all new beds and furniture. There is a dining space for 4 people.

I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Wynwood, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!

Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the laundry room with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
