This property includes picnic tables, outdoor seating, and ample lawn space to spread out. Volleyball, badminton, bocce ball, croquet, and other outdoor activities are included. The beach area gradually slopes, making it perfect for the little ones to play in the water and sand. (Beach towels and a limited supply of life jackets are available in many sizes)

Please let us know if you plan on bringing your boat. Your private deep-water covered dock can accommodate multiple boats. Additionally, the main dock can support vessels 50 ft plus and is excellent for fishing. Children must wear life jackets on the dock.

YARD ACTIVITIES (seasonal)
Volleyball/badminton, corn hole game, giant Jenga, bocce ball and croquet. A fire pit is located in the yard lakeside.
