Located in Bella Vista’s quiet mountain‑bike community, you’re a half‑block from the Bamboozled Trail and a short ride to Tanyard Creek Falls, Little Sugar trail system, and Blowing Springs. Lake Avalon is less than a mile away for fishing or paddle boarding. Shops, restaurants and Crystal Bridges Museum in Bentonville are a 15‑minute drive away.

Getting Around:
Navigating Bella Vista and its surrounding areas is easiest by car or mountain bike. Our quiet neighborhood has little public transit, so we recommend driving or biking to attractions. Uber and Lyft are also available.
