Excellent Stay

The space was incredibly clean and comfortable, close to lots of great food and activities, and great hosts. It faces a busy road but amenities are provided if that is an issue (wasn’t for us but could be for more sensitive guests). Overall wonderful stay and would book again.

Beautiful place!!

Lovely place to stay on a weekend trip! Short drive to downtown Seattle and the nearby area of Ballard has lots of shops and restaurants to explore. The property was beautiful!

The townhome is in great condition. It’s very pretty and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d need for cooking great meals. It is a very spacious home. All of the furniture including the couch and bed are very comfortable.The only con is the constant street noise as it is located on a very busy street. Nice that the hosts offer earplugs to help drown out the noise while trying to sleep at night.

Clean and great location

Home is very clean and welcoming, and had everything we needed. This is located on a busy street, so you can hear the traffic, but it wasn’t a huge deal for us.

Seattle 5 star stay

The house is beautiful and location is perfect (15 minutes from the space needle). My wife has Crohn’s and there were several gluten free food option within 5 minutes of the location. Olga was great with check-in instructions and communication. Very happy we were informed about the tight parking space the day prior to arrival. Made sure to choose a smaller vehicle as a rental and parking was not issue.

Home base in Ballard

We have family in Ballard. This unit is perfect for my husband and I when we fly out to visit. It is on the bus line to downtown , is within easy walking distance of the neighborhood of Ballard and has several restaurants we like to pop into: The Fat Hen (brunch) and Un Bien ( lunch! ).

Lovely two story condo (three if you count the roof deck) on main thoroughfare in Ballard. Right on Rapid Ride D line if you need to catch bus. Well stocked and everything worked. 5 stars.

Wonderful place. Comfortable and well stocked. Had question for owner and she got back to me immediately even though she was out of country. Took my daughter to visit UW and location was good. Great restaurants around. If she chooses to go to school there I’ll use this home again. Thank you.

Stunning Suite in Lovely Neighborhood

This rental was above and beyond our expectations! I stayed with my mom for a girls’ weekend away, and it was ideal for visiting all different parts of Seattle and the neighborhood itself was lovely with lots of great restaurants. Olga and Olessia were amazing hosts, and the place was stocked so well for the perfect stay. It was a little noisy from street noise, but totally worth it with a luxurious place to stay!

My husband and I recently enjoyed a visit to Ballard. The nicely appointed and very comfortable unit was perfect for us. With great weather, we got to enjoy the roof top deck seeing sunsets and Mt. Fantastic!!

The condo was clean, organized, and stocked with all the amenities we could have possibly needed for our stay in Ballard. It is spacious and luxurious. We were so comfortable! The location was also very convenient to a bus line connecting straight to downtown Ballard and downtown Seattle. The hosts were very easy to work with, checked in on us, and made the check in/ out process very smooth. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Wonderful Seattle property!

Super clean and cozy property, convenient location to downtown and outlying neighborhoods. Everything you could think of needing for comfort and in the kitchen is supplied. Bed is comfortable, light and bright rooms throughout. My literal only caveat would be for super light sleepers - the street noise is pretty loud from below early in AMs, even with white noise machine; but if you're able to wear them, the owner provides sleep masks for the brightness and ear plugs for the traffic! Would definitely stay here again!

Thanks for a great 4 day weekend. This comfortable and cozy townhouse had everything we needed for a great stay. The views from the rooftop deck are magnificent. The owners attention to detail was very apparent making us feel like we were in a home away from home. The property and garage are well secured. The location is super great - less than 10 minutes from downtown Ballard where there are many great eateries and 15 minutes from Seattle waterfront and its surrounding areas. Wonderful stay

Excellent. Owner thought of all the meaningful touches. Using the TV was super easy, better than most. Comfortable. Immaculate. A 1/4 to 1/2 bath on the 1st floor would be most convenient. It’s a long way up the 15+ stairs through the upstairs bedroom, through closet area to the shower and toilet.

Picture Perfect!!

The condo is very clean and cozy with a very welcoming and homey feel. We loved everything about our stay, especially the roof top deck with patio seating which allowed us to enjoy the skyline and landscapes in the distance. The location is perfect for visiting the Seattle area and Pike Place Market-just a short drive away. The location is on a busy street which is noisy, particularly at night, but the host provides sleeping aides (ear plugs and eye masks) to make for a peaceful nights rest. We appreciated having a parking garage with designated parking even though the neighborhood felt very safe. Thank you again for allowing us to use your beautiful home!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts had really thought of everything with considerate items that we might need left in each area of the house. The noise from the road outside is quite loud, so just be aware of that if you are a light sleeper. I use ear plugs so I was fine! We had a car so we were able to reach other areas of Seattle easily. We were treated to a beautiful sunset over the mountains on the night of our arrival! Thanks for a lovely stay! :-)

Very comfortable townhome!

Having a place with a full kitchen was fantastic. The rooftop could have used more cover from the rain, but it was nice to have the space and the view. Great location, short distance to a bunch of attractions and restaurants. Parking was tight but it was convenient having a dedicated spot. All of the amenities were top notch and as advertised. Very comfortable furnishings and big TV, too. The little touches - masks, robes, a drawer of miscellaneous charger cables - showed great attention to detail. Even the inclusion of a helpful picture in the check-in instructions was a nice touch. All in all, had a wonderful stay.

Great Stay in Ballard

The apartment was super clean and very well equipped. Very nice appliances and a roomy bathroom. The big TV in the living room was great. The weather didn’t cooperate during our stay so we didn’t get a chance to use the roof deck but it looked very nice. 15rh is a busy street and there is some traffic noise but the hosts provided some helpful things to mitigate the noise. The complex the unit is located in is also very clean and secure. It was very nice to have covered parking but as a previous poster noted, larger vehicles are not going to fit. We had a Toyota RAV4 and it just made it. Overall this is a great place for a couple to stay in the Ballard area.

As frequent and seasoned travelers, we have had the opportunity to stay in various accommodations where we gained a deep understanding of what makes a rental space comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable.
