E Komo Mai “welcome” to Kapalua Golf Villa 25P 3&4! This luxury villa offers a quiet and serene setting with close proximity to many of Maui top rated beaches, champion golf courses, and award-winning restaurants. You will have ocean views, early morning rainbows and magnificent sunsets from your spacious, wrap-around lanai. This villa is tropically decorated with Hawaiian inspired decor and artwork throughout.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is nestled on the Kapalua Bay Course and offers all the comforts of a home. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen that features granite counter tops and full-size stainless-steel appliances. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sectional sofa and a flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors. You'll also find a washer and dryer for added convenience. Please note there are steps to access the unit.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom offering dual sinks and a tile surrounded walk in shower. In the guest bedroom, you'll find two Queen size beds, access to a beautiful lanai, and a separate TV. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination. This villa stays cool with central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, perfect after a day in the sun!

This property features four swimming pools, and recreation and barbecue areas. Enjoy our four family-friendly pools (A, B, C, & D). Whether you prefer splashing in the refreshing water or lounging by the poolside, everyone is welcome to join in the fun! This way all are welcome to have fun in the sun whether that means playing in the cool water or relaxing by the poolside! If you aren't familiar with Kapalua, you have everything you need nearby; restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, and the pristine beaches. There are no additional parking or resort fees. Kapalua Golf Villas are located in close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay and more! In fact, Kapalua Bay is just 0.5 miles away! You'll love the short and beautiful walk to get there. Enjoy the many wonderful restaurants and world-class golf courses just steps from the home. Kapalua offers a free shuttle service anywhere within Kapalua to all Kapalua guests. Please note this resort does not have elevators.

This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to our guests. My Perfect Stays provides natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.
