A security deposit (deposit) is charged and returned within 02 working days after check-out.
Check-in Hours: 2 pm to 6 pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out Time: 8am to 12pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs before 8am a convenience fee must be paid and after 6pm an additional daily rate and convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, fees will be passed on to the tenant, with a minimum of 35 days prior to the check-in date.

The house is limited to 06 (six) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
