Sunset Island Luxury Retreat – Free Linen Package

Enjoy your vacation at this luxury condo in the Bayfront community of Sunset Island! Whether relaxing in the condo or lounging at the private bayside beach, you will have plenty of fun! The community offers many amenities: an outdoor and indoor pool, workout facility, clubhouse, and much more! With accommodation for up to 8 guests, everyone will find their own space to relax and enjoy themselves. And the ocean is just two blocks away! *FREE Linen and Towel Package* Delivered on arrival day.

Details To Note:
Keys will be picked up four minutes away at the local management office. Me and my team are available to assist you during your stay.

Rental packages:

All packages are issued with six facility passes with the option to purchase two additional facility passes for the length of the reservation. ($70.00 per pass) * Each guest four years of age and older must scan a pass to enter and exit.

Also included are two parking permits: one assigned garage space (orange tag) and one clamshell street space (blue tag). *There is free side-street parking on 67th Street (except red curbs) and paid municipal lots.

2025 Facility Package Prices (payable at the onsite clubhouse upon arrival)
- Winter (1/1/25 - 4/30/25 and 10/1/25 - 12/31/25) = $90.
- Spring (5/1/25 - 5/24/25) and Fall (9/7/25 - 9/30/25) = $125.
- Summer Season (5/25/25 - 9/6/25) = $165.

*A pass is required per person to access any of the facilities: Indoor pool, Outdoor pool, Baby pool, & Pool deck (even if they don’t plan to swim), Fitness center, and Library.

*Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to use the pools or fitness center without being accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18.

*The beaches, cafe, and market do not require facility passes.

Beautiful top-floor condo with water views and vaulted ceilings. Three bedroom, two bathroom unit. The open floor plan includes a spacious living room, a large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. **Jan 2023 Kitchen Update to Stainless Steel Appliances.** The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and jetted tub. Large private balcony off the living room and primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle bed. Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom.

Sunset Island's amenities are unrivaled, with indoor and outdoor pools, a marina, a fitness center, bayside beaches, fishing piers, a bar and grill, interactive fountains, a general store, security, and more. Make memories that will last a lifetime!
