The enclosed backyard provides you with a great, private spot to unwind with your loved ones. Find a well-appointed deck with an outdoor dining area with an umbrella - the ideal place to dine alfresco and play board games! Inside this air-conditioned gem, a beach-themed living room awaits. Curl up on the sofa after an exciting day at the beach and watch a favorite show or movie on the TV with streaming and cable options. The free high-speed WiFi allows you to stay in touch with your loved ones back home and even work or study remotely! When mealtime comes, surprise your beloved family and friends with their favorite recipes - the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything that comes to mind. Additionally, a Keurig coffee maker has been provided to please all the coffee enthusiasts in your group. There is a second living area off the kitchen with another TV, electric fireplace and equally inviting furniture. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and a mini-fridge in the second living area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
