For the price of this property and quality thatâs promised, this stay was far below subpar. First, the owners or property managers ( someone different responded to every message / phone call that was sent) were begging for more money every-time we reached out. Before they even ensured they were speaking with the correct tenant for the reservation they were finding every reason to charge us more money (assuming we checked in early when our reservation started days prior). Second when we checked in, there was a smell and multiple wear and tear issues were visible and or not functioning like electrical sockets, porch lights, water etc. In addition, there was no instructions or manual accessible on how to use different unusual features of the home like the microwave, oven, ceiling lights, outdoor lights for pool or even how to turn on the spa. When reaching out asking for the information we had to wait for them to âsend out a technicianâ causing a delay in our family plans to enjoy our day only for the technician to arrive and tell us he had no idea how to turn on, fix, or use many of the basic items we were asking for assistance with. And lastly, another family tried entering the residence DURING our stay and we only came to realized this because our 2 year old daughter was afraid a bad person was trying to break in and hurt us. They paid an extra 600 for early check in to the money hungry host and sincerely apologized. Overall horrible experience, do not recommend.
