This ccabin is NOT pet friendly !! ... Pinon Peak offers privacy in Ruidosos scenic and historic Upper Canyon. It is located on a hilltop with a great view. This cabin has an open concept with vaulted ceilings and knotty pine accents - is perfect for couples, friends or young families. There are great views from the outdoor deck where you can enjoy your favorite beverage after a day of golf, skiing, hiking and other activities Ruidoso has to offer. Take in all the wildlife from the comfort of your private covered deck. Hummingbirds and many other bird species frequent the feeders. Deer, Elk, Turkey and the occasional Black Bear roam thru the property and surrounding area year round. Pion Peak is in the perfect location surrounded by the National Forest but only minutes away from all that Ruidoso has to offer.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged in full. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Insurance to protect your investment. Full details can be found on our website.Please note Cancellation policies for Christmas and New Years (Inclusive Dec 20-Jan 5) differ significantly, they will be clearly explained in your rental agreement. UCLC's signed rental agreement will take precedence over any 3rd party booking site policy.
