Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire townhome, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, decks, and the exterior ski locker/storage closet. Only a few owner closets remain locked. You’ll enjoy easy access with a personal code for the front door smart lock, making check-in simple, secure, and flexible. Parking is available for two unassigned vehicles in the complex.

- Community outdoor pool open mid-June to Labor Day (HOA controlled)

- Private Incline beaches require guest punch cards purchased in advance (limited availability, ask before booking)
