In this home, you'll find four bedrooms. The grand master bedroom is filled with a king bed & a trundle (two twin beds), smart TV, direct access to the backyard, and a private master ensuite.

Right down the hall are the remaining 3 bedrooms. The first has one full bed all to itself, while the other two have 1 full and 1 twin in each. These three bedrooms have the option of sharing a hallway bathroom that is conveniently located right in between all the bedrooms, or using the half bathroom at the other end of the home.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are two and a half bathrooms spread out across this home. The master ensuite has two sinks, a toilet, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and walk-in closet space. The hallway bathroom right off of the other three bedrooms is equipped with two more sinks, a toilet, and a shower/tub combo. The half bathroom at the other end of the home (sink/toilet only) is located right off of the patio door - convenient access after taking a dip in the heated pool!

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 8 people (plus additional seating at the outdoor dining table) with a beautiful bay window overlooking all the amazing amenities in the backyard, just steps away!

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the back patio, before accessing the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances.
