Pier Paradise- Villa Capriani 310-A- Pool and Hot tub

 

Have you ever wished for an escape?  A special place where you can shut out the world by just closing a door and once rested and refreshed reemerge to join your fellow sun seekers? If so, Pier Paradise is calling you. This remarkable condo is in the Villa Capriani on beautiful, unspoiled North Topsail Beach, Topsail Island. Built in the style of a large Mediterranean villa, this white stucco, red tiled roofed complex will be your favorite destination year after year. The Villa Capriani offers its guests 3 pools: 1 larger and 2 smaller, one of which has a waterfall. There are 2 community hot tubs that (weather permitting) are open year-round. There is even a smaller wading pool for the little ones who may be concerned over large bodies of water. The pools and the hot tub are all in the center of the complex which opens to the seemingly endless beach and ocean beyond and one of the best restaurants on Topsail “Splash by the Sea” is right in the Villa Capriani lobby.

Newly and completely refurbished Pier Paradise welcomes you with its soothing colors and well-thought-out accents. One of the few condos with interior stairs this unit is unique. Walking in you are greeted with a fully stocked kitchen including everything you’ll need for a quick bite on the go or a more complete sit-down meal to catch up on the day’s adventures. You will find a stacked washer and a dryer off the kitchen behind a set of folding doors. For everyone’s convenience there is a half bath off the foyer.  The dining room table comfortably seats 6 with 3 more stools for the kitchen counter. The living room furniture welcomes you to snuggle up to read a great book, watch a movie, catch up on a favorite show or just chat. There is a couch which doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, 2 swivel chairs and ottoman. The smart TV is mounted above the electric fireplace. Just the perfect spot to unwind and allow yourself to finally let go of those nagging day-to-day worries. The electric fireplace truly adds ambience to the common areas especially on a chilly spring morning or an autumn evening when you feel the first nip of winter. The balcony just off the living room has 4 bar height Adirondack style chairs with drink holders. The view is amazing! You will see everything from the daily comings and goings of your fellow vacationers in the courtyard and pools, the beautiful beach and maybe dolphins playing or a shrimp boat with nets unfurled heading back home all on the Carolina blue sea. Looking down at the beach you will see the famous Seaview Fishing Pier. It has stood watch over North Topsail Beach for almost 40 years, it is conveniently less than a half mile from the Villa Capriani. 

The second floor has a master and guest bedroom. The master has a comfortable queen bed adjacent to a beautiful arched window where at night you can view what looks like every star in the unpolluted sky. In this bedroom there is a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/ shower. In the hallway is another full bathroom also with a bathtub/ shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV and a view looking towards the Intercoastal Waterway and in the distance the bridge linking the mainland to the Island.

Most of the wall art was provided by Running Bear Photography, Jacki Marino is the photographer. You will find a wide selection of beach prints, canvases and other products in various sizes to fit your home. Order online and everything will be shipped directly to your home.

Pier Paradise is named for the amazing view of the beach, ocean, and landmark Seaview Pier. If you have any fishermen (or ladies) in your group you are a half mile away from The Seaview Pier and its bait shop and restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and ice cream, and will even clean and cook your fresh catch. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. The closest grocery store (Food Lion) is a quick 8-minute drive over the bridge. If you find you have a rainy day, it is only a 15-to-20-minute drive to various Island shops and restaurants. 

Pier Paradise is a 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo at the Villa Capriani that sleeps 6.

Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee, Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure. 

The Area: Topsail is a 28 mile long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and beach. Topsail Beach is home to Jolly Rodgers Pier - once an Observation tower for NASA – now a great fishing spot and the best place to watch sunrises and sea life. The Missiles and More Museum is also another great attraction to visit. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf City, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, order from the restaurant.
