If you are looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Turtle Bay, look no further than our 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that can sleep up to 4 guests!
This property is situated in the famous Turtle Bay complex, with its own private gated entrance for your peace of mind.
You will appreciate the comfort and elegance of the bedroom suite with a queen bed and AC, the living room with a sleeper sofa, TV and dining table, and the full kitchen with all the essentials. You will also adore the large lanai with a beautiful view of a creek and a lush landscape.
Our condo is just steps away from the pool where you can unwind and enjoy the sun. The Kuilima Condos complex also offers tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ area, outdoor showers and a walking path to the beach.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide you with a comprehensive Guest Book that contains everything you need to know about our property and the area. You will find check-in/check-out instructions, house rules, and most importantly: your go-to’s for food, shops, adventures, and beaches! You will also get discounts with certain businesses including shark diving and a boutique store. Perfect location

We stayed at Kawela Bay for 5 nights and had the best time. The location is ideal, walking distance to the beach, and the use of the resort is a huge bonus. The snorkelling at nearby 3 Tables is a must. Highly recommend

Turtle Bay Review

Great place to stay! Beautiful bays to spend time at, great food options in Kahuku and Laie. Very clean, great location. The only issue is totally beyond the owner's control, during our stay, the unit above us had a family staying there that made a lot of noise. Sounded like they were having a track meet in their unit.

Great Stay

My daughter and I needed a play to stay over a long weekend. North Shore is one of our favorite spots! The condo was in close walking distance to the hotel and beach. The unit was well equip with the supplies we needed. Check in and check out were very easy. The screened in patio overlooking the golf course was our favorite. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely spot

View of the golf course was pleasant and relaxing. It was an easy walk to the beach or the resort. The kitchen was well stocked with some staples left for our use. A few bugs, but hey, it's the tropcs. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo

Great Location

We loved the location of this condo within the complex. We loved the view of the ponds and the ability to walk the golf path. We also enjoyed the paths provided by the Turtle Bay Resort and we walked all of them. A tip- past pill box there is wonderful beach that is practically empty and easy to swim in. This home is really comfortable and was well stocked with the basics. David responded to us within a minute during our stay when we had a question. He is super responsive. We plan on coming back to Turtle Bay and staying at this same condo again.

Relaxing

Easy touch less check in. The location was awesome because the beach was right across of the golf course. I love to hear the ocean when I'm relaxing and you definitely can hear it. The breeze that shoots through the rental was amazing! Quiet and serene. 5 min walk to the beach and resort. Location was perfect. Will rent again on our future trips. If you are looking for something away from Waikiki this is the place to be.

Great, restful vacation home!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this well-appointed condo while recovering from moving her between dorm room and apartment in Honolulu. The previous reviews sum up the condo amenities very well; we had everything we needed for a relaxing and happy stay. The local beaches and food trucks are fabulous. Added unexpected bonus during our stay - Iam Tongi's homecoming (American Idol) concert staged at the resort stables across the street. We also enjoyed exploring the coastal trails within walking distance of the condo. Thanks to David for very prompt and helpful communication. Great place to stay and great host!

Great Place on North Shore

First, host David is wonderful. He was completely available when needed. We had 2 issues that happened during our stay, and David fixed immediately. The condo was amazing, everything you would need to make your stay comfortable, every kitchen necessities and above were there, plenty of dish, bath and beach towels, great supply of toilet tissue, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and paper towels. Beach was wonderful, and the Turtle Bay Resort had wonderful restaurants that we ate in every night while there. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Nice view and comfortable

This place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We used the kitchen a lot and enjoyed the peaceful lanai. Everything was clean and nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the location. If we had some feedback for the property managers would be on climate control. We are from a colder climate, so the local temperature was hot to us. Getting the unit to a comfortable, uniform temperature was challenging. There is a single window style a/c unit in the bedroom at one end of the unit and no good way for the air to circulate through the rest of the unit. So the bedroom was always the coldest room in the unit, and the living room, which is the furthest away, and where we spent most of our time, was the warmest. When we stayed in another unit at Turtle Bay, they had an a/c unit in the bedroom and one in the living room. It was much more efficient and comfortable. Despite this, we had a great time and would stay here again.

Great location!

This property was in such a great location on the North Shore for everything we wanted to do. The condos are older but in good shape. This unit has been remodeled but the age of the place shows in a few spots. The pool is just a few steps from the unit which is very convenient. There are nice walking trails around the golf course and the beach is about a 7-10 minute walk. It was super convenient that there were beach chairs, boogie boards, a few snorkel masks, and a cooler. Taking all that over though, it’s just more convenient to drive over and park in the lot. And if you don’t want to go to the Turtle Bay Beach you have your choice of many more options within a 10-15 minute drive. It’s a gorgeous area. The pull out bed that my son slept on was probably more comfortable than the mattress in the bedroom. It was very firm. And the master bath is very small but it was so nice to have 2 bathrooms between the 3 of us. I wouldn’t stay with 4 adults. It’s just too small. You could get away with 2 adults and 2 small children but I would say it suits 2-3 adults best. The back screen was broken and didn’t close all the way so we couldn’t use the back door and please note; there is no central A/C! There is a wall unit in the master bedroom but nowhere else. It was breezy and cool during our stay so it worked out perfectly but I would not stay in the dead of summer. It’s just too humid. All in all I would stay here again, just not during the summer.

GREAT STAY!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The only constructive feedback we have is that the overhead light in bedroom didn’t work, and it would have been nice to have a TV in bedroom. We would plan to stay again if available for our trip next year!!!
