Blissful outdoor spaces await guests with expansive elevated decks accompanied by luxurious outdoor furniture and a gas tabletop fire pit. After a long day on the water, relax by soaking in the private hot tub. Bring your four-legged family member and let them run and play in the fenced-in backyard. Walk to the public beach access down the street or to one of Wrightsville’s many wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, or park. There is a Traeger Grill, paddleboard and bikes available for the guests' use.

Inside, this marvelously updated home has an open-floor plan living area with hardwood flooring throughout and windows spanning the space that allow you to soak in the coastal scenery from any vantage point. Guests will enter through the ground floor where there are two doors leading to each garage, and an elevator that accesses all four floors. Proceed up the stairs to the first floor where you’ll find a beautifully updated gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, Viking and Sub zero appliances, double ovens and a wet bar with a wine cooler and ice maker perfect for entertaining. Seating for six is found at the bar as well as an additional eight at the dining table. The living room is detailed by coastal chic décor, comfortable seating and custom built-ins surrounding a flat-screen TV. Step onto the porch and soak in sprawling views of the channel. Located on this floor is the first bedroom which has a king sized bed, deck access to the front of the house and an ensuite bathroom.

On the second floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms. At the top of the stairs is the soundfront master suite with a king sized bed, flat-screen TV, deck access, and a well-appointed ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, double vanities and walk-in shower. The second floor also has a bedroom with a queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. A full sized washer and dryer is found in the laundry room hall closet.

On the third floor, you’ll find an open concept bonus area great for the kids to spread out. This loft area features a foosball table, games, a flat-screen TV, and comfortable couch seating. This space also features a full bathroom, and a wet bar with sink, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Around the corner from the TV is a sleeping nook with a built-in twin over queen sized bunk bed and an additional twin bed. There is plenty of cabinet storage located beside the bunk. This open and spacious entertainment area offers the ideal space for kids to sleep and hangout. A top level deck is accessible for guests to sunbathe or enjoy a birds eye’s sunset over Banks Channel.

There are two full length garages on either side of the house which provide plenty of parking, an extra fridge, paddleboards, bikes, and additional storage. For entertainment, high speed internet is provided. There are flat screen TVs provided in the master bedroom, living room, office, and third floor bonus room. Guests may log in to their streaming accounts on the Smart TVs.

Linens are provided with your stay and will be delivered and placed at the foot of each bed prior to your arrival, please note that beds will not be made.
